Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in St. Ann

I placed a curbside to go order. I followed the directions in the app. Selecting the I'm here in the app. After 10 minutes of waiting I called inside to let them know I have arrived. I was advised that someone would be out shortly with my food and drinks. 10 minutes went by and no one came out. I finally got fed up went inside to get my order thinking they were short staffed. This place had workers everywhere. I had to wait another 10 minutes in the line to get my order. The girl at the counter was very rude. Practically threw my drinks cups at me. I had 3 32 oz drinks. When I asked for a drink carrier she acted she ignored me even while looking me dead in my eyes. Another worker stopped what he was doing to get me one. I will never order from this location again. When do they ever do anything right? I’ve visited this location a total of 4 times and it’s never right. I didn’t have any plans on complaining/writing a review but at this point it’s ridiculous. Last night I ordered a kids meal, they forgot my son’s canes sauce, like how do you forget something that comes with the meal??? A few weeks before that I paid for a 4 finger combo and they gave me 3 fingers!!! The time before that I ordered a 3 finger combo and not only were the chicken finger so dry and crunchy to the point that there was NO MEAT inside but they forgot my toast! And another time I went here and ordered the box, 2 extra tenders and a kids drink for my son. They rang me up for an extra kids meal, box combo and an extra kids drink. When I told them about the mistake they asked if I could leave the drive way, park my car and come inside while it’s raining! Absolutely HATE THIS...

I just went like a hour ago. 10pm, Sat July 20th, 2024. I got the 3 finger combo and she told me my total was about $8.90 something. I got to the window and she told my order but I faintly heard her say $16 and some change as my total, but I thought I was tripping because after I just ordered she told me $8. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no🤦🏾‍♀️. I got home and my card was charged $16, I should’ve spoke up if I felt I heard her say the wrong price so I’ll take this L.
