Dunkin' — Restaurant in St. Clair

The line was long, as usual. It's worth the wait even in the rain. Cannot enter the business after 6 pm in St Clair so no choice anyway. Everything was fresh n enjoyable. Pretty consistent. That's all we ask./...11.4.2022 stopped in today n tried the bagel bites. Sucked. Wont get those again. Eggs tasted fake n the texture was odd. Cheese tasted sour n bacon crumbs is more like it. Entire purchase went in garbage. Donuts were fresh as ever n tasty. Employees were so very kind n everyone was was working quickly. The line in St Clair, Pa is always long but moves forward at an ok pace. I was surprised at about 2 pm they ran out of sesame bagels. Husband says his coffee was just ok w flavor. ...

Sigh, I don't like giving negative reviews but my order is regularly incorrect at this location. More than 50% of the time I have a problem with my order. I usually order from here 2-3 times a month. It's faster to preemtively drive to a Pottsville location than to continually have the wrong food served and then have to drive back to fix it or waste money on the trip. The problems are often extra things added that I don't like. Extra sugar in a plain coffee, sprinkles added to a plain donut, etc. There is no communication asking if I want these things added to my order. These ladies are very rude 3 days in the past week i have been here . Ive been treated so poorly and i have been disrespected. Ive been cursed at in a low tone and i have been told im not worth it. All i did was order a 2 ice coffees in drive threw and came into the store because i forgot to order my sandwiches. I have no issues at any other dunkin donuts and the manager doesn’t even correct the disrespect. I canat believe i had to deal with this this morning before work.
