I had a very strange first experience here. There wasn't a line, so I didn't notice the system where it tells you which checkout lane to go in. So, when I walked up the cashier told me she wasn't ready for me in a very rude manner. I was caught off guard because I didn't think I had done anything rude, I'm normally very careful about that. I had been standing decently behind the people in front of me and hadn't even started unloading my groceries. So I confusedly backed off and said "oh." She finally explained what I did wrong. I understand that people probably rush them all the time, but I think it was pretty clear that I wasn't meaning to do that. I ended up being called up to her register anyway and she didn't even acknowledge the way she'd talked to me before and conveniently didn't mention the survey she mentioned to the people ahead of me... It was very jarring for my first time there. I understand I was in the wrong but I think that could've been handled a bit nicer.

Read moreWent to Schuncks to check if they had finally cleaned up the seafood dept only to see, a year of complaining to Management, Seafood manager as well as customer care it has not gotten better but only worse. (See pics) (Fish sitting in white cloudy bloody water) (While in store called store manager asked for store manager to come to seafood dept, lady stated she was store manager) SHE WAS NOT. She informed seafood manager I had a complaint. SF manager stated the waste water the fish was sitting in was a solution the fish comes in, (I've watch workers refill the fish trays with frozen fish over the yrs) he tried to convince me not to believe what my eyes were seeing also, he apologized for the dept not being up to my high standards but were up the standards of the customers ordering the fish. Read moreThis store is ALWAYS a mess! Except the right side of the store (floral, deli). You guys really need to do better. Most of the workers look a mess. Where is the professionalism? This store needs a shaking up! I work in a grocery store. The store's motto is A HELPFUL SMILE IN EVERY AISLE. Do our customers get that all the time, NO! However, they get it 90% of the time. NO sagging, if they have a hat on, it has our logo on it! If they have a jacket on it has our logo on it (we have to buy them ourselves....money maker for the company).
