First let me say, typically I would have gave 4 or 5 stars due to the steamed pot stickers and Lavender Milk tea I have tried on a few different occasions, but Today was different. On 4-29-22, I went inside to purchase myself a milk tea. (Lavender to be exact) which I normally chose when hanging out with my Mexican friend. Meanwhile, today I went inside with my mom, I ordered myself a Medium Lavender milk tea and was giving a Brown Sugar milk tea. I then informed the owner that "I asked for a lavender milk tea", but instead of remaking me the correct drink, she pushed to convince me that my BROWN colored drink was lavender and was brown beacuse of a new "added ingredient" to my requested LAVENDER milk tea. I then told her, "I order lavender often when I come inside and maybe my drink that was made was brown sugar". (A different drink choice I tried 2 days prior). She continued to say noooo it was because of a different ingredient. My mom then asked "why is lavender colored purple on the picture then"? The owner continued with her excuses... telling me to taste it. I did so and then asked did she add protein to my drink, that would change the color of it and she told me No. I then just accepted my unordered drink that my mom purchased and proceeded to leave. I felt so upset, because she is really sweet and kind overall, but to lie to a continuous customer and not fix her mistake, made me feel under appreciated. I will not return here for drinks or...

I wish I could give this a higher rating because the bubble tea here is really good. But my friends and I got overcharged for our bubble tea. We had thai milk tea w/ boba ($1 extra charge for thai tea), chai milk tea with boba, and taro milk tea with boba. I did my calculations and determined that even with tax, we should have only paid $16, max. Disappointed with the overcharge of both the tapioca pearls and the boba itself. I don't know why the lady did that, and she even defended herself by thoroughly explaining how it worked. Didn't change the fact that 3 bubble teas were $18.07. (On the receipt it says $18.29, but the lady said $18.07, and we gave her $20.07 in cash, and she returned $2 for us. Everything was just a bit strange.)

Ordered online through their menu system. I did not realize that if you click on the photos, when enlarged say, "image for reference only".

I placed an order for curry chicken and for Mongolian beef. The first thing that I noticed was the color of the curry chicken. It was green. The image shows orange. When I asked the cook about it she said it is "yellow curry". Yellow curry is not green in color but yellow. That should be obvious to the cook.

The image showed boneless chicken. There were bones and there were potatoes. The smell was offensive. The white rice tasted bland and distasteful. The curry sauce made if worse.

The Mongolian beef tasted smelled like fried rice. It indeed tasted like oily fried rice. It was nothing like the images on the ordering menu that attracted me to place an order.

I will never order anything from this...
