Today I had ordered a couple of unwiches for delivery. J.J. beach club for lunch and dinner as I was sitting for my Grandchild through lunch and dinner and since I am allergic to wheat, Unwiches wrapped in lettuce are the way to go for me. While they were very tasty. The customer service over the phone at this Jimmy Johns has a long way to go. One of J.J. Beach Clubs was made wrong and didn't have a slice of bacon on it. While that is not huge problem in of itself.The Unwich was still made to order wrong. What made me mad was instead of the person answering the phone offering me 50% off the next Unwich.(I would have been totally ok with that.) The gentelman answering said 'sorry' like they did not mean at all, then put me on hold without letting me know what they would do about rectifying the situation or acknowledge the complaint.I was talking low key and not mean, did not raise my voice or any of that .So after being put on hold for about 30 seconds.I was just disconnected with no comunication This Jimmy Johns location simply does not know the golden rule of advertising. It used to be before every one was running around with a small computer in there pocket.Which is of course is an Android phone. Or an I phone.There was a saying in Advertising."That if a business did something good the consumer would tell 3 friends on average about it. My day’s menu was just my usual protein shakes, so I know the sandwich was the culprit. When I tried to spread the concern to the manager, hoping he’d check the food for the sake of other customers, he slathered me with rudeness and only offered to refund me—no dipping into the real issue. He said the roast beef is sliced fresh daily, trying to mustard up an excuse, but that just didn’t add up. I stayed cool and respectful, but the manager served up nothing but cold, uncaring vibes. He tossed the responsibility my way, telling me to fill out the survey on my receipt, which I’ll be sure to do. I even offered to circle back after a clinic visit to confirm the food poisoning, but he closed the door on that. Read moreI have always loved Jimmy John’s. I stopped going to this location because two times my order arrived to my home and the delivery driver had smoked and my food smelled like cigarettes. This purchase was made through the drive thru and has been more than disappointing. This is the Vito. It barely has anything on it. They also didn’t add the additional items that I had asked and I got home to see this. I called the store and they didn’t seem to care. I called customer service and sent a photo to them and the agent told me that it looks like a properly portioned sandwich. When I told her that I wanted to be compensated with either a refund or a delivery with a new properly made sandwich - she hung up on me. I will not be coming to this location again - far too many issues and when looking at other reviews - it seems this...
