Ok where to beginš¤ when my Aide and I initially after ordering, we pulled up to the window to pay. I gave the young lady my card. I'm watching her and another person talking as she's swiping my card like serval times like crazy. Then she said, "do you have another card and she was sort of rude tooš³ at this point I'm wondering why when I get instant alerts when I have ANY transaction done on my card and I actually got two notifications. I even asked my Aide to make sure I wasn't over chargedš Sure enough I was charged twice. When we got to the second widow, they have me my other however it was missing the extra things I ordered and paid for BUT while I was noticing the order being wrong... My Aide was explaining that the first young lady over charged us and he asked to speak with a manager. OMG the Manager ended up being the first rude girl who took the order š¤¦š½ Trying to explain to her what SHE originally did by swiping my card multiple times, she was NOT apologetic, initially, and told us to calm down and actually we were VERY calm considering my food was about $11+ but was charged $22+š¤·š½ This Manager was NOT professional, didn't take ownership of the problem, and when she finally gave me my refund, we could tell that her handing over our food and saying have a nice day was NOT genuine. So I went in today as I have for the last several months, I had my daughters with me and my husband. The restaurant was full of people and the manager,a younger white woman was very rude to my husband while he was ordering our food,and then she came to our table and said as loudly as she could so everyone in the restaurant could hear that she needed us to be mindful of the mess we made because she's had to sweep and mop after we left every time we've come and I know this is absolutely not true because we know that we have small children so we are super vigilant and mindful of the mess they are making and we clean it up every single time we go anywhere because we areny those people. Not only did she embarrass us tremendously she made it to where we couldn't even eat our food or enjoy it because now everyone was looking at us and our apetites were gone at this point. When I walked to the register the young male cashier just stared at me and didnāt greet or ask if I was ready. I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order. Once I gave my order of only a ā32oz Canes sauce ā the male cashier turned around and asked the female worker did they have enough cane sauce for a 32oz cup. Remind you the cup he was holding was only a 20oz cup. I Explained to him thatās not the correct size cup and it should be larger. I always purchase the 32oz cups but he was very adamant thatās the only size they serve. The female worker came back and said they didnāt have enough to serve me for the cup. I stated that was hard to believe since canes are known for their sauce itās only 2:40pm. I proceeded to ask well how can I get sauce? How about giving me the small containers equaling the amount of a 32oz cup?
