Yes, I was there. I did not eat. Only the Lemonade/tea/heavy ice/ extra lemon slices. I learned, along time ago, when my son was still employed there, that the chicken fingers r soaked in a brine of msg and I suspect also... muscle relaxers! When I eat the six piece deal I will crave more. It wud b on my mind constantly! That's called, by the Asian food world, Happy Tongue, that brain crave for more. And that's costly stuff! Go some place else for ur chicken! I have been literally poisoned twice in my life by msg. Once in a pizza. Company name I won't say cuz they're franchises and not all use it. It's in the house line seasoning. The other was in frozen chicken dinner like bag of veggies n chicken u through in the skillet. My nieces had cooked this brand. I wud not have partaking had I. I wont smear they're bad name. Begins with a T n rhymes with Lyson... That messed me up. Got the HT and ate n ate...goes down good! The next morning I was finishing up my Physical Therapy session. It, brain poisoning, made it appear as though i was making no progress! So my insurance company said no more! Shudda rescheduled. Liv n learn. But don't eat the...

On my last visit, I was waiting for the men's room to become available when I heard the toilet flush and then, within just a few seconds, the door opened and an employee exited. The sink did not look recently used and I'm pretty sure the man did not wash his hands. I was only outside the door for around thirty seconds, but I never heard paper towels being removed or used and never heard water running. Yes, I notice these things. I wish I didn't, but I can't help it.

While I am aware that this happens at restaurants from time to time and that there are other possibilities like he was on the phone after washing his hands and flushed with his foot, I'd prefer to never notice this stuff. Whether he did not wash his hands or he did, he gave the distinct impression that he did not and as a result I will never be able to eat there again.

Aside from sanitation concerns, the food has always been very good. There are not enough good fast food restaurants nearby and it's unfortunate to...

I wish I could rate this 0 stars but 1 will have to do. First off, TERRIBLE customer service across the board. I shouldn’t have to repeat my order several times but the young lady was obviously more concerned with having a conversation with her coworker than taking my order. With this haphazard effort of taking my order, I proceed to check my order once I pulled up to the window and my order had missing items, not surprised there. Then the manager, I assume ( whom I have seen before: short hair, blonde, attitudinal,) asked what is wrong and with her snappy tone delivered my missing item. But then as I pulled off to do a TRIPLE check then found I was missing another item. I really like canes and it’s sad that I have to go out of my way just to receive great customer service.

Maybe I’ll come back once management has changed and they get someone at the drive thru who won’t be so concerned with their coworker more than the CUSTOMER. But until then,...

I had the Box Combo. It was my first time there but multiple people have recommended them. I found the chicken a bit underseasoned. Didn't care for the sauce. Fries were just okay and coleslaw was not for me. The Texas toast was delicious, though! The price was right, and I enjoyed the restaurant's setup. The music choices were great (high-energy pop), but the music was pretty loud. I enjoyed it while eating alone but would have had to strain to hear over it. It's not my first choice but I'd eat here again.

Absolutely delicious. I've never been a big chicken lover, however, I got chicken strips and they were the best chicken strips I think I've ever eaten. Even my picky 6-year-old loved his chicken strips. My husband kept raving about how good of a chicken sandwich he had from here, that's why we decided to go here to eat.

4 STARS ONLY REASON IS, CANES DOESN'T GIVE ENOUGH SAUCE FOR THE MEAL! ASK FOR MORE SAUCE CANES WILL CHARGE YOU .39 JUST TO HAVE ENOUGH TO COMPLETE MY MEAL. 4 STARS ! I WOULD give Canes 5stars for everything else that is great, the service that is fast and friendly. Food is good, would be great if I had enough Sauce!
