I wish these reviews would give us the option of leaving NO stars! Talk about unprofessional - whoever was working today (Veterans Day 2023) at approx 4pm, is clearly nasty and a liar and should not be anywhere near customer service. We repeatedly visit this store and always request Cinnabon with no icing. Never before had an issue. Female today argued that they don't sell them without icing. Husband advised that we always get it that way (I'm pregnant and while I want to indulge, I don't want to go overboard). He said he'd wait on the next batch they had in the oven - all she'd have to do is take it out and put it in a box. She said ALL those were already ordered. She lied. He stood by and watched her box them and put them out for sale. Her attitude was unnecessary and clearly common sense isn't her strong point.    Read moreThe person who rang me up was sort of rude and rushed the transaction. Cinnabon advertises a 4 pack on the menu and has a display box sitting on the counter. I asked for a 4 pack. She told me they didn't have a 4 pack, only 6 or 9.. I pointed to the box on the counter, she said we don't have a 4 pack. I could see empty boxes for the 4 pack on the counter, there are bigger boxes she could have put 4 in instead of 6. There were plenty of Cinnamon rolls. I have no idea why she told me they don't have four packs, she offered no explanation to why she wouldn't sell me a four back. This was my first time and I will not be back. I will go to Heine Bros for my cinnamon rolls in the future. It doesn't matter if the product is really good if the service is really bad. No one was in line so we talked amongst ourselves deciding what we wanted. Finally my mom approaches the sales person and say "hello", the sales person a rude dark haired short Hispanic girl rolls her eyes and says "how can I help you?" My mom says "well you can start by greeting me the way I greeted you with a hello". This heifer rolls hers eyes and walks away!!!! So we politely walked 2 feet to Auntie Anne's and spent our $30.00. WHICH IS WHAT I ADVISE YOU ALL TO DO. I've read 3 reviews about this same girl obviously cinnabon doesn't care about how she treats their customers so spend your money...
