King Gyros — Restaurant in St. Matthews

This was one of the very worse places I have ever went to to eat... we went to mall cuz this sounded good.. MISTAKE.... Not gonna get into a lot of details but... They tried to scam us food was 5.99 x 2...=12.00???.... When girl started our food I noticed a waud of her hair matted on the stiroform box.. I informed her and she laughed it off... after that she recooked some cold pre cooked french fries.. dumped em and them with her nasty fingers grab em and placed em in dinner.. Now the worse... they took meat that looked like road kill.. and placed into an ole cold pita bread... now listen to this when I went to check out after worse service and I should have left she charged my card almost 25.00.. I questioned her on price and she tried to say it was the price and even the owner who said they where 5.99 each said they cost more... I was very upset and for the first time in my life I refused to accept the food... he said he refunded my charge but when I later looked I found he didn't and had to decline the charge... THIS PLACE IS NASY, UNHEALTHY, RUDE,, AND CONS. DO NOT GO THERE.. If you do beware... Calling health...

The customer service at this place is horrible and so is the food. The girl with the long black hair was taking orders and she never even acknowledged the fact that I was standing In line. She didn't treat or greet me with respect. She was carrying on a full long conversation with a Russian guy in front of me and never even stopped to take my order even when he left the counter she walked toward the back of the place to carry on another conversation. The big guy in the back had noticed me standing there a while and he took my order. Than I went back to ask for ranch to try to flavor up the chicken wings that they sold me and she slowly got my ranch and than stopped to have a conversation with someone with my ranch in hand. 4 mins later I had to say "excuse me can I get my ranch please." She was so rude. The buffalo wings taste like hot sauced bread and the fries were under cooked. It is defiantly the worst food in ST....

It was a busy day (Halloween), so its understandable things would take time especially depending on what people ordered. While working on other people's food, they didnt acknowledge the person waiting until they were ready to take their order. Once they got to me, I ordered 8 of the mild wings and cheese fries. I paid for order and waited. It took a minute to cook wings and thats understandable. The wings were freshly cooked. I received food and the wings did not have the buffalo sauce on them. I notified the guy behind counter. Instead of tossing the wings in the sauce he just sprayed cold buffalo sauce on them. I wasn't feeling that. However, I got my food and went on my way. I did eat my food, but it was underwhelming for the price. Im sure everything else played a part in it as well, but I wasn't happy with the...
