Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Stafford Township

This apple bees is pretty on par with any other apple bees i have gone to. The service at this place isn't awful, most the people are nice. My biggest issue is the miscommunication between the company and the customers, and also our server didn't have correct information. The apple bees website doesn't specify when half-apps is and it doesn't seem to offer information on other specials as well, im assuming this is cause it is different depending on the state however we came for half apps and we ended up coming at the wrong time. Our server also was not sure how much refills were for lemonade (which is already something that you don't always get charged for refills) she told us it was about 70 cents for a refill and it ended up being 1.29 which is not gonna bankrupt anyone but it's still a big difference. Also only about half the appetizers are considered for half apps even though the menu doesn't specify which qualify and which do not.

OVERALL: The food and experience is not worth the price especially with how unclear they are with their deals and in our case refill prices. However, if you have been to an apple bees and you WANT that experience or you just want a random bar to casually hang at, it's okay.

While I am not from the area, I have been involved in a complex work project down in Beach Haven, and ended up here on two separate occasions over the past two weeks. I must say, after a long and grueling workday..this place hit the spot. I walked in there tired, miserable, and hungry both times..and the staff, service, and food were absolutely outstanding. The server we had last week was attentive, very professional, and had the most angelic smile and personality..very uplifting after a day like I had. My picky/modified order came out perfectly. Repeat on tonight’s stop..where I decided to dine in at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and a very diligent worker..my order was perfect again..my drink refill just seemed to appear when I needed it, didn’t even have to ask! Would just like to add..kudos to the kitchen! Preparation was perfect, and I love the way you got the wrap I ordered to stay together..I’m not referring to the stick going through it..but the mild sear on one side to hold things together, pure genius. I’ve been to other Applebee’s before, closer to home..and they aren’t bad at all..but as far as I’m concerned, this particular place checks all...

My husband and I order from Applebees 3 times a month and eat there once in a while. The food is very good, consistently. I enjoy the quesadilla burger and my husband gets the steak smothered with parmesan shrimp. We tend to eat the same thing for quite a while and then switch to something or somewhere else. Applebees offers Carside To Go service. You can order online or over the phone and pick up your order without getting out of the car. They take your money or card and you never have to get out of your car. Wow what a great service! Staff there is kind and the manager Steve has willingly given us a 10 dollar gift card when we have been displeased with our food. That doesn't happen often but when you order as much as we do it is bound to happen. The issue? They forgot to put the Parmesan Shrimp on the steak. I highly recommend trying Applebees. They also have great drinks and desserts. Special treat! There is a computer on every table with both free games and games for a small fee for adults and children. Beat the summer...
