I was in town and hungry with two hungry teen boys. In this center is the shake shack, pepes pizza, a starbucks.... we don't have shake shack in bridgeport so we opted to try it out. Walk in and you're immediately introduced to the self order machines. Put in your order, and on the desk are numerous metal sticks with a number. Pick one and put that number in. When you sit at a table, that's the number they look for to bring your food. The prices are decent until you realize they don't come with fries. Crazy. We got a BBQ double burger, 10 chicken bites, and a veggie burger. I ordered a ranch fry to share. An oreo shake, a large diet coke, and a fruit punch drink. That was all about $67. The thing is we would have spent same at a burger King or McDonald's these days (but we would of each had our own fry at least). We sat by a window. We were served in good time. The place was airy and echoes, not warm and cozy at all. Nothing wrong with that, just mentioning it. I feel like you could have decent private conversations here if needed, would be a nice date choice. But you can also push some tables together for a decent group or family outing. There's outside seating here, it was too windy for us today. The bbq burger came with fried pickle chips which were really good. The chicken bites were smaller than a tender, bigger than a nugget. My veggie burger was light but meaty. The avocado made it more filling, the crispy onions gave me that salt, crunch I wanted, there was a nice sauce on it too. The ranch fries were enjoyed by all of us. Needed a bigger size! They are spicy, the ranch sauce was so good I was dipping my burger in it. I'm from Stamford but haven't lived here for over 20yrs. It's nice to see what they converted this area into. I think this used to be the Bloomingdale building. Anyway, the place was clean, they have condiments area, bathrooms, lots of garbage bins. I recently attended the friends and family event during the soft launch yesterday and my experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted outside, and after providing my information, I was allowed entrance.

Immediately after walking in, I was welcomed by Dave Yearwood, the Area Director. Dave was incredibly kind, personable, and super friendly, making my first interaction truly memorable. He assisted me in placing my order at the kiosk, elevating my experience right from the beginning.

My server, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, delivered my food promptly and went the extra mile by hand-delivering napkins and sauces I had forgotten to grab. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Towards the end of my meal, another server named Isaiah checked in on me to ensure everything was perfect. Isaiah, along with the entire staff, exceeded my expectations in every way. Their exceptional customer service should be a model for all restaurants, especially in a post-pandemic world where the value of genuine care and service has become more apparent.

As I was leaving, I was greeted by Angel, whose amazing demeanor was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. This final touch sealed the deal for me.

I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be returning. A few notable highlights: there is ample parking, the seating capacity is around 70 people, and there is outdoor seating available. I recently visited Shake Shack and was impressed by the quality of their burgers and fries. The ShackBurger was juicy and full of flavor, with a perfect balance of toppings and ShackSauce. The crinkle-cut fries were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The cheese fries were smothered in a creamy sauce that added an extra layer of flavor.

What truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional service from the team members. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The team's enthusiasm and passion for the brand were evident in every interaction, from taking my order to delivering my food with a smile. They even offered me a sample of their new menu item, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Shake Shack exceeded my expectations in both food quality and customer service. The modern and clean restaurant added to the overall experience. While the burgers are on the smaller side, the flavor and quality make up for it.

I would give Shake Shack 5 out of 5 stars for their burger and fries, as well as their exceptional team members.
