I really enjoy shopping at HomeGoods and appreciate the variety and quality of your products. However, I wanted to share a recent experience I had that left me feeling disappointed.
Earlier today, I asked a cashier for help returning an item I had just purchased a few minutes before. Unfortunately, the way she responded felt rude and dismissive. I don’t know her name, but she had dark, slightly curly hair and was wearing black leggings, a white top, and a short denim jacket.

All of their imported India collection is displayed together. Beautiful quilt sets, decorative pillows, lamp shades, bric-a-brac, Buddha heads, window panels, rugs, Etc are all displayed in the same area. Lovely furniture pieces as well. Exorbitant frame department. If you need a frame there's no way you can't find it here. Parking is plentiful and the ride by car is only about 25 minutes from White Plains. I also didn't like how the cashier was trying to rush me when I had several items to take out of my cart...its officially the holiday season, so you better believe I'm going to have more than 3 items to purchase smh.
