I really enjoy shopping at HomeGoods and appreciate the variety and quality of your products. However, I wanted to share a recent experience I had that left me feeling disappointed.

Earlier today, I asked a cashier for help returning an item I had just purchased a few minutes before. Unfortunately, the way she responded felt rude and dismissive. I don’t know her name, but she had dark, slightly curly hair and was wearing black leggings, a white top, and a short denim jacket.

I completely understand if there are return policies or procedures to follow—but I believe it’s always possible to explain things in a polite and respectful way. I would have appreciated a bit more courtesy and clarity in...

One of the better HomeGoods although compared to White Plains, any HomeGoods is better than that. The store is well merchandised and organized. All of their imported India collection is displayed together. Beautiful quilt sets, decorative pillows, lamp shades, bric-a-brac, Buddha heads, window panels, rugs, Etc are all displayed in the same area. Lovely furniture pieces as well. Exorbitant frame department. If you need a frame there's no way you can't find it here. Parking is plentiful and the ride by car is only about 25 minutes from White Plains. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and unlike the White Plains store the checkout line always runs smoothly and quickly. A great...

Examine your items before buying anything from this store. I found many damaged goods, should just turn this place into a clearance store. I also didn't like how the cashier was trying to rush me when I had several items to take out of my cart...its officially the holiday season, so you better believe I'm going to have more than 3 items to purchase smh. Also buyer beware: my Bank flagged this store for fraudulent activity and wouldn't release funds unless I verified my identity. Like wow! That's just sad. Won't be coming back, I'll trek to...
