I brought my phone in because water had gotten into it after dropping it in torrential downpour. The phone showed condensation in the cameras. I originally brought it to uBreakiFix, but they declined to try to help and just suggested I go get a new phone.

I brought my phone into PC Warehouse in hopes that they would be able to dry it out and try to save my phone.

Justin was very kind and helpful! He set expectations that my phone may not recover but that he would try to dry out the components and inspect the damage anyways despite being very busy and a lot of customers coming in.

He was able to dry out my phone and luckily it's working pretty great so far! I really appreciate that he made the effort and took the time to try to help me rather than suggesting I just go get another phone.

He did go above and beyond and offered to make alternate accommodations should my problem still...

Justin was absolutely fantastic Last day before the holiday, I came in w my little brother's PC which crapped out and I didn't have alternate components to troubleshoot what was the issue.

We came in and happened to catch Justin with his bench testing components still set up. Since he had just finished with a previous client, he stopped what he was doing and he was able to isolate the problem to a motherboard failure.

He had just stocked some mini ATX motherboards and sold me one at retail to install myself + a diagnostic fee for his time.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, could not recommend more -- if he can take care of you then and there, he'll do the same for you as he did for us. We were out of there with the problem determined and a replacement bought in...

Not that PC Warehouse needs any more stellar reviews but I'll add mine anyway! Justin is a GEM of a man and technician. One of the most gifted, friendly, professional and honest people around!!! If something can be fixed, he will fix it for you, going ABOVE AND BEYOND. If it can't (or needs special service) he will tell you where to take/send it. My ancient computer crashed and I thought my life would go crashing with it. Justin managed to give it a new life for under $150, gave me invaluable advice, and kept my information safe during repair (downloading my private files on a personal drive that he took home as I was so worried about it staying at the store).
