I have had good experiences with these guys replacing cell phone screens. I brought my son's WORKING Xbox to replace the loose HDMI socket, and they gave it back to me a week later, saying it could not be fixed, and refunded me the money. Got home and plugged it in, and immediately got a new warning saying the Xbox was overheating and would automatically shut down. Now I can't get past the main menu. What was a working XBOX has now been bricked. I called them to ask about it, and they were aggressive/defensive on the phone and told me it's not their issue because 1-they sent it out to a third party for repair, and 2- they issued me a refund...? While I appreciate the refund, the outcome is sub-optimal as a working Xbox was turned into a non-working one. ***Responding to the response: So, I rang up the support crew before penning my first review, and boy, did they launch a full-on CSI: Youbreakifix investigation! Two whole days of sleuthing, and their grand detective work? Chatting with the same repair folks who turned my Xbox into an expensive brick! The verdict was a shocker. The repair guy pointed the finger at my poor Xbox, claiming it could not be fixed. Could not be fixed!? It was working when I dropped it off! I'm utterly flabbergasted the suspects didn’t crack under what I can only imagine as a brutal interrogation by the Youbreakifix gumshoes. I still have no clue how my perfectly functional Xbox went from working to not after a simple HDMI socket swap. It’s a console-killing caper worthy of a Netflix true-crime special!

Very poor communication. I dropped my phone off to get its screen replaced at 5:30pm. I specifically told them I need to be emailed when it's ready the next day because I do not have access to another phone. I was told it would be ready the next day by noon. Time comes with no update. I call and am told that they called the phone (that they are working on) and left a message that they need my passcode. I give the passcode and am told I can pick it up in 30 minutes, and that they'll update through email if it's done before or if there is an issue. I wait an hour and leave work early to drive 20 minutes to pick it up. At that point I'm told they need "another 2 hours". No email prior. I have to leave and come back a second time. I'm offered no discount but a $10 off coupon on a phone case purchase. What a joke. Clearly the employees do not care. To top it all off, the first thing I notice is a black piece of plastic in between the camera lens and glass. It doesn't affect the camera thankfully, but it's the first thing I noticed. Very obvious but they gave it back to me like that anyway. Better off going somewhere else who respects the customers.

I had a great experience getting my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen repaired. The staff told me it could take 2-3 hours, but they had it finished in under an hour!!!! way faster than I expected! They used a genuine Apple screen, which gave me peace of mind, and my phone looks and feels brand new again. The technician was professional, clear about the process, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this location if you need a quick, reliable repair. All set for that iPhone 17 trade in! 🥳

Terrible service, and a total rip off, waste of money and time. I handed over my laptop to be fixed last March. As I live overseas, it was important that I would get the laptop back in time before going back home. Guys at the counter promised it is no problem and they would call me in couple of days. Overall I was promised the whole fixing would take no more than 4 days. After not hearing from the company for many days, I started calling back realising, they hadn't even looked at the lap top. I called back 5 times without receiving information when the device is o be picked up, what is the issue and fixing plan. "We will contact you shortly" was the answer I was getting, but I was the one who kept contacting as call from company was never received. At the very last moment they told me there is a price chance, and it maybe could be done within the time frame. After I had contacted them multiple times, and rushed them to finish the job in the time frame, we picked up the laptop from the office. I checked it at the place, it worked. I paid 250, left the place, and flew back home without touching the device. The next time I wanted to open my laptop couple of days later, it didn't work. I called the office, no help received. Customer service and numbers given where not helpful It is understandable they could not fix the laptop any more, but they were not interested of understanding I had just spent a pretty penny without results. No refunds was given.

On top of this, my credit card bill had a few new payments made. I started looking into it and UbreakIfix had signed me on, without me allowing this or knowing about this, for a device assurance plan, that had a auto charge. I again spent time on phone cancelling the plan.

I have wasted a lot of time and money with this company, and they didn't even manage to fix my device. I do not recommend...

I dropped my Google Pixel 4 off at 11:30 in the morning and it was not ready until almost 7:00. I called ahead of my visit to ensure the time frame of 3 to 4 hours of drop off. Considering this location opens at 10:00 on Mondays and closes at 7:00 I would have thought this initial time frame of 3 to 4 hours would mean that I would have my phone back by 3:30 in the afternoon at the latest. When I called at 3:00 I was advised it would be an additional hour. I called at 4:30 to verify it was ready. I was advised it would be another hour. I visited at 5:30 figuring it would be ready. I was advised it would be another hour at least. I now know that I must take better care not to MILDLY, COSMETICALLY CRACK my screen. absolutely no functionality was lost due to the crack in the screen. I was without my phone for 7 hours. At the end of it all, the guy behind the counter told me it would be easier to replace the battery and the charge port as well as the only thing that was wrong in the first place, the screen. Unnecessary extra steps that added 3 hours to the initial time frame should have been brought to my attention prior to performing them so I could sign off on the process. I will go back to this place if I injure my phone again because of the convenient location and relatively friendly service. Communication is key in any relationship and that holds very true for those in the customer service industry.

Update 1/28/21: My concerns have been addressed by customer service. While my time cannot be returned to me, I received additional services I needed and was assured of future communications being more transparent...
