My first two deliveries from T's Pizza were great. However, the last delivery was atrocious. They delivered to the wrong address although I made sure to indicate the proper address. When I told the delivery person that he went to the wrong place, he gave me an attitude. When he delivered the pizza to me, I made sure to show him my delivery receipt which showed that I selected the right address. He then said, "I believe you, it was the office's mistake". Then when I opened the pizza, I saw that it had cheese all over it. I am vegan and I wrote on the order notes to make the pizza without cheese as I am vegan! I called the restaurant and the person argued with me saying that the cook assured me that he made it without cheese. I was shocked, both by their incompetence and their rudeness. Then the restaurant called me again. Another employee from the restaurant called me and said the same thing, that the cook made it without cheese. I lost my patience and told him that I am 26 years old, I know what cheese looks like and that I demand another pizza as this is ridiculous. He then said, "Ok, we can make you another one". The UberEats driver dropped off my delivery, and I opened my box and showed him that one, I didn't take a single bite of this pizza and two, it was covered with cheese. He barely acknowledged it. I went back home with the new pizza and guess what... the pizza was stale and the vegetables were old. I understand that everyone makes mistakes. But I was condescended to, gaslighted, and not apologized to when they messed up three times in a few hours. I will never order from them again, and will discourage everyone I know to not go there again.To the employees I spoke with- grow up and admit to your mistakes.Your service was appalling and obviously, you are so used to complaints that you turned off the GrubHub review feature because you can't afford another bad review. Ordered a pizza to go and a beer (can microbrew from VT) while I waited. One bathroom looked like 3am on a night of seriously hard partying, other not much better. Club music was bumping, TV over the bar was half blocked by liquor bottles so couldn't see the game. Overall, the place looks like one that you would see closed down 6 months after a visit from John Taffer or Gordon Ramsay - don't want to think about what the kitchen and the walk-in look like - hope I don't get anything serious from the pizza. When the check came, the beer (not on printed menu) was $13, when every other beer/microbrew on the menu was $6-8, or less.
