Shadow Park Inn & Suites — Hotel in Anaheim

72 for 1 bed room. 94 for a suite. A handful of the rooms are in an interior corridor in the back corner of the hotel which was yucky and cramped and you could easily hear threw the door/room was kinda off putting and not because it was cheap or nasty just weird, no privacy. Can't see your car in sketchy parking lot either from the indoor rooms. Went back to ask to be moved to another room and slow manager said there are no other rooms even though it was 4pm then told me to wait until everyone else was done even though they told me to go ahead of them bc it should have only taken a second to give me a different room. When he got around to helping me he told me that the cleaning lady would take hours to finish cleaning the rooms bc she just started cleaning which was obvious Bs. Slow and rude with 0 customer service skills reminded me of Borat character minus the accent but equally useless and annoying. Place is very sketchy in general but I don't understand who would want a smoking room at a cheap motel where you get stuck in a tiny indoor corridor with 10 other doors inches away and doors that barely close. I didnt come here have everyone in my business and I didn't come here to stand in the lobby for an hour and then be given a refund bc the manager didn't want to give me a better room. Updated review, 10/16: we've stayed here before after relocating for a job. We returned to wait out looking for a new place. Not the same, the mangers are rude and look for any reason to complain. It was real quiet before, the employees would mind their own business. Now they are unfriendly and pushy. At 6:30pm my kids were outside being a little loud as kids can be, we were getting ready to go to a Halloween costume party. That's when the manager decided to come over and tell us we were keeping people awake, at 6:30... we have voiced our concerns over loud noise above us and they did nothing. We also noticed drug sales occurring out of a room on the first floor, they did nothing. Turn around and find somewhere better to stay you won't regret it. THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! DIRTY LINENS. BUGS. UNBEARABLE STENCH. Went during Memorial Day weekend, most hotels in the area were already booked so we stayed here by default. The first room we got had stained sheets, broken drawers and a really dirty restroom. We went back to the office and requested we'd be placed in a better room. They placed in a smoking room which too had stained sheet and dirty restroom. They did agree to exchange exiting sheet for all "clean linen". 3rd set of sheets still had stains. Although we are not smokers the people from the room next to us and the smell of smoke was unbearable.
