They don’t even deserve a 1-star review. The worst customer service I have ever seen. We have been applying for our family member’s passport for years at the USPS in Bolsa until this time we were very rush to make the passport for my son so we had to make the appointment farther to have the fastest appointment. The email confirmation of the appointment stated Time: 10:00am to 10:15am. I came in at 10:10am and they said I was late. Either I have to wait or reschedule the appointment. Then they looked at the paperworks and said we have to do our own photocopies of the paperworks and told us to go to the printing shop to do it or reschedule the appointment. Never in my life have heard that. And so we still did. And they still didn’t accept or tried to help just because they don't have the right instructions of the photocopies. And again, either we go to the printing shop or reschedule. To the employees who works at USPS at 10440 Beach BLVD on Friday 06/02/2023 at 10am to 12pm: if you have experience a whole different passport service at other places, you might work better and help people out instead make their life harder. You will get it back in life, remember that. If you don't like your job? Quit! Don't make USPS look bad just because of those...

I go to the Stanton Post Office on Beach Boulevard at least four or more times a month for business. I've been coming here for more than ten years. The clerks are always courteous, efficient and consistent. I've found that if I arrive by 4:30 pm, however, like other last minute people, a line can form towards the door. Around lunch time and at the holidays, lines can form too, but not quite as often as one of the other post offices nearby. The clerks take it in stride and care for everyone who makes it to the cue until their business is handled to completion. When I arrive earlier in the day, almost no waiting. The clerks always are prepared with packaging materials and forms. My packages arrive as scheduled, for which I'm grateful. This post office is very slow or something because I live in Anaheim I have three other mailboxes that I go to normally which I always send to and never have issues I send my mail to Netflix on a weekly basis mostly it's a one or two day turn around just by chance I happened to drive by this post office and drop off the Netflix and they still haven't received it five days later so either it's still in the mailbox or no one ever checks it or they're just holding them or someone's watching them but there's something weird at this location I wouldn't trust leaving my mail here again for anything but again I would go to the one either on Buena Park off la Palma by Knott's Berry farm or the one by Anaheim plaza or the one off ball and brookhurst never had an issue like this I'm just going to have to wait to see...
