Robin Hood Motel — Hotel in Anaheim

This trip was a nightmare the old lady was beyond disrespectful before I even checked in. The communication was horrible and she kept hanging up and refuse to refund my money because I didn't want to check in because of all the drama prior to checking in. I was so distraught I left a bag of clean Bag of cloth there because prior to checking out I was trying to go in the room and my key didn't work. I proceeded to return the key and forgot the bag. The maid lied and said I didn't leave anything in the room and I was sure I did. The old lady in defense of her made lied and said that my boyfriend through the bag away as soon as I got to the room to retrieve my bag all my belongings was in the trash except the stuff she kept I'm a hairstylist and I had a client hair to do. The maid kept my hair and my bodywash the hair was brand new in the pack she continuously lied until she return my item that she had all along I was so angry because they lied and took no accountability I will never go back there again and I would advise no one unless their...

I needed a room for one night in Buena park, so I just drove on up to the Robin Hood and was greeted by the young lady, which I believe might’ve been the owner, which was a delight to deal with

The rooms are a little outdated and maybe not the cleanest but they’re still pretty clean for the most part but most important I didn’t see no bugs not one bug no bugs no bugs no bugs which is a huge factor.

It’s not really a family type of a motel. I checked out this morning, but ended up having to spend another night out in this area so I’m going back to the Robin Hood.

I stayed another night and it’s research and found out. She was charging me more than was posted online so I tried extending this morning. I booked it online for $20 cheaper than what she was quoting me and they denied my reservation. It was too cheap so be ready for like some flimFlaming and some dog and pony show with this group trying to nickel and dime u.

This place is great! These people show a lot of class. Every room always clean every time I come. Really cool ceiling art. It changes at night under black light. Too cool. Also, it’s great most hotel around check out time the maids look like they are from the Gestapo walking around kicking everybody out ! these folks let you take your time and check out. It’s great!
