As far as the coffee its a hit, i dont ever hear of people complaining of the coffee. The donuts, on the other hand, that's another story. The donuts are total garbage i still will eat them, but they used to be made fresh every morning, and if you never got to have them, you have no idea what you're missing out on. Who remembers the commercial with the old man he got up before the sunrise and every commercial he would say, "Time to make the donuts." Wow, do i miss those days, so if that isn't a problem for you, then Dunkin should treat you right. They dont seem to have the variety they once had, and probably, so they aren't throwing away a bunch at the end of the day, but i miss that as well. Now the donuts come in frozen they thaw them thats why they arent quite as good as they once were but thats the way of the world and as long as consumers we can buying them that will never change. I honestly quit buying most of the fast food i dont snack very much because i dont like spending my hard earned money on GMO fake sugar artifical coloring high fructose corn syrup not fresh food but if more people dont start to live that way the corporations will always survive. I'm not trying to turn this political or anything of the sort. This is just my honest review and opinion. Dunkin is ok, I just know from managing restaurants most of my life to tell you they wont ever stop trying to cutting corners making things a little less quality to save a penny, not till we take a stand and stop paying for the garbage they are selling. They dont want to pay to make quality items they just expect you to pay the prices as if it...
Read moreI don’t go to Dunkin Donuts often, but this morning I decided to stop on my way into work because I was running late and didn’t have time for breakfast. I ordered a small vanilla chai latte, and the woman running the register asked if I’d like it hot or iced. I didn’t know they could do it iced, so I was pleased that they could! The woman at the register, who was a manager, couldn’t find it on their order board and consulted the other manager on duty who then said they don’t do chai lattes iced. I said it was fine if they did it hot, I’d enjoy it either way. The first manager running the register actually rang it up as iced(?), and then the second manager came back and questioned me about what I wanted. She then prepared other customers’ orders who were behind me in line first. I think the first manager ended up making my latte, but they put coffee in it and then just dumped the chai mix on top and didn’t mix it in? So I was given a cup of coffee with chai mix dumped on top of the ice lol. I’ve been in food service before and I know what it’s like to feel rushed to get orders out, but there weren’t that many people waiting at the counter. It just seemed like they were a little disorganized and like they were not paying attention to what they were doing. Probably won’t return to...
Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to speak up about the poor management at this location. The manager, Alexis, is consistently rude and unaccommodating toward customers. She refuses reasonable requests, such as adding extra scoops of matcha, even when the drink is clearly watered down and looks like plain milk and ice. On multiple visits, I’ve received cold hashbrowns, and when issues are brought up, Alexis shows no willingness to resolve them or provide good customer service.
What’s more concerning is that even the staff quietly admit to being frustrated with her behavior, which says a lot. A manager should set the standard by being approachable, professional, and willing to accommodate customers’ needs, especially in tough situations. Instead, Alexis comes across as stubborn and dismissive.
If this location wants to keep loyal customers, something needs to change. Other Dunkin’ stores in the area have managers who are kind, respectful, and focused on customer satisfaction — which makes the difference between a place people want to come back to and a place they avoid. Unfortunately, because of this manager, this location is losing that loyalty. Do...
