I don’t usually write reviews but this was ridiculous!… I order a cake almost a week ago for a birthday party today. When I called to see if it was ready to pick up, I had to call 4 times before someone answered. The girl told me there was no record of the cake and it would take 2 days to make another. So, now I’m without a cake for the birthday party. This was very important to me and a lot of other people. I was heartbroken and I knew the mistake was made when I physically went there and ordered it in person and watched the girl take the order and my info and write it on a napkin.. and it wasn’t even busy! We were literally the only people there at the time and there is no reason this should have happened. I should have known this would happen after seeing her do that! I just trusted she would put the info where it needed to be to get the job done. You guys need to figure out how to do your job! I’m so sick of the horrible service at this place. Read moreLast night I took my mom to Bruster’s ice cream because she wanted the fudge brownie sundae. Before I leaving the premises, my mom started coughing and choking. She then pulls what look like a long piece of hair out of her mouth. I pulled back around my mom walks up to the window and shows the girl the foreign object that came out of the ice cream. The girl then tells her it is not hair, but couldn’t tell her what it was. All the workers stand around like they don’t know what to do. She ask for a manger but apparently their was no one in charge. The person who tells her the object is not hair eventually asks her if she wants them to remake it. I was livid. What do you mean do you want us to remake it. When I confronted the girl, she tried to get an attitude with me.
Bruster’s your customer service was horrible. The proper response would have been. We are sorry. This should not have been in your ice cream ma’am. Let me make you another. It is not like my mom asked for her money back. She just wanted someone to make it right.

When mentioned to the worker that he didn't have a mask on he stated that “He forgot and he can re-make it with a mask on, it’s hard to breathe with it on”. How can you”forget” to wear a mask in a food establishment with Covid-19 going around?
