Helios Mediterranean Salad — Restaurant in Staunton

I went here after I saw my mom’s food that she brought home. I went there very last minute but they were still so kind and happy to serve me. The person who served me, O , was very helpful with my order and took his time to help me out. He even gave me baklava at the end which was so nice because it my favorite desert. The food was amazing, everything was super well seasoned, the meat was tender and flavorful, and I appreciate all of the options that they have for fillings and toppings. SOOOO Good !! I can't wait to go back. I was in Staunton today taking advantage of the great weather to get photos of some of my favorite spots. I was at the train station and noticed a 'new place'. I photographed a lot of doors and windows, and the colorful window caught my eye. Upon entering the wonderful aroma of fresh Mediterranean food captivated me! I tasted a sample of the tabbouleh - it was absolutely heavenly - fresh, fresh, fresh and just the right amount of lemon. Prices on menu on the wall are inaccurate. It’s already expensive but then find out at register it’s even more expensive. Very small amounts of each thing added to protein (ex: a tiny tiny teaspoon at best of tabouli added—it’s embarrassing to have to ask for more)—unlike other reviewers experienced. I only added a few things and ended up with a very puny bowl. Other places have a better deal.

Will not go back—prices are listed inaccurately and then given so little food. Can’t stand when you go to pay you’re charged more and notified at that point the prices are wrong. 😑 Wish I had...
