I NEVER leave reviews when I am unsatisfied with somewhere only because I understand sometimes accidents happen. Unfortunately, after almost 10 times of having a problem with only THIS location of Buffalo Wild Wings I cannot help but warn people about this place. I can’t even say almost every time because it is EVERY time we order a carryout from this location is it ALWAYS wrong, from forgetting an entire 20 piece of wings to forgetting my food TWICE as I had to go back and exchange what I was originally given which was the complete wrong order. Tonight, we thought to give this location a try once again…not sure why tho.. I ordered the sampler platter and they were out of onion rings which is not a big deal and probably wouldn’t be that serious to me if it wouldn’t have been this exact location but the only thing the manager would substitute it for was their French fries. Now I don’t know if anyone else does this but I ALWAYS throw away their fries, and the onion rings are delish! So instead, I ask for maybe a few extra cheese sticks or maybe cheese curds but am told the manager will not allow that. Now, I have worked in restaurants before, someone messed up on making the order that week and the last I checked you usually try to keep a paying and super LOYAL (even after all the mishaps) customer happy especially when your accommodating for something the establishment is out of. I definitely learned my lesson tonight with this location and will be taking my business to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Livernois because fortunately I have NEVER had a problem with that location. Read moreExceptional Service provided by; server Hunter and Manager Alyssa. Walking in, it’s not as nice as most BDubbs facilities I’ve gone to. The set up isn’t that great and it’s packed with kids that parents dropped off to go see a movie or play in the strip mall!? Being it The premier of Beetlejuice, I anticipated the rush and knew it would be crowded but it’s the most convenient option with AMC right there. Had planned to be in and out but after engaging with our server; we ended up relaxing, ordering more and tipping heavy before heading to see our flick.
Hunter is by far the best server I’ve ever had personally! He should be working downtown or something with his welcoming charm, easing personality & the ability to remember the menu, pricing, deals & discounts on command- all while looping it together making sure you’re getting the best price! He even made the menu seem more appetizing so we spent a little extra time looking at it even though we already knew what we wanted (lol) Manager Alyssa stopped by the table just to check in that we were doing alright. Which I thought was great considering how slammed busy they were. Typically I don’t see many managers doing rounds like that anymore so I loved it!!
Staff here took this 2 Star Restaurant and turned it into a 5 Star review Thanks to their hospitality and outstanding service! Thank you Hunter for such a wonderful buffalo wild wings...
Read moreNot sure how there are so many five star reviews left on this page when we got two star service. Came in and it was seat yourself so we waited to make sure and we were ignored by staff. So we sat ourselves in a clean booth, I’m a former server I know how to check. So we sat and waited there’s two larger parties and five or six little tables scattered. We were ignored for almost fifteen minutes. Not only were we ignored but there was arguing from the staff over who was going to take us. Yes I could hear you at the server station. Finally we got a server. Younger blonde girl pleasant demeanor. Everything was going good. Food was coming out in a timely manner. She checked on us a total of two times. TWICE. We then waited for her to come back and leave the check because my fiancé had to go back to work. That didn’t happen so I told him to go. He left at 8:55 and we didn’t get the check until 9:05. Took her until 9:15 to pick up the check and 9:25 for us to get out of there. 25 minutes to cash out a table is unacceptable. WHY ARE STEPS OF SERVICE NOT BEING FOLLOWED ON A SLOW TUESDAY NIGHT?! I paid my check but can honestly say I left her less than 15% because her service was subpar. If she had just done the basic I would have been a lot happier.
