This was the first starbucks i've ever came to and honestly it was a very pleasant experience! I was greeted with generous hospitality By the staff and was even asked how my day was going which gave me a welcoming feeling of warmth and positivity so the staff here at least for me was wonderful! Now for the food which is the second most important part I'd say it was exactly what I expected! Of course, this place is mostly for the coffee so let's talk about that! I ordered a iced caramel coffee as well.As a breakfast burrito and a fudge brownie that was so good.It honestly had me questioning if I wanted to get a second but then I remembered my weight 😅 the fudge brownie was also warmed up by my request. And I appreciate that I had the option of either having it normal temp or warmed now for the breakfast burrito i had with sausage egg and bacon it was perfect temperature and the taste again was exactly what I expected! And finally the coffee was just what I needed after a hot morning walk the cold sweet goodness was something I could use as an excuse to come back again when I can or when deciding to go to here or somewhere else. And last but not least the pricing! I paid $16 for everything.I got I know that for some people that might be expensive considering the amount of items I got so you might. Think that it's a little overpriced but honestly while that is a little expensive I still enjoyed my experience and I honestly can't wait to hang out here again and try some of the other...
Read moreI usually go to this Starbucks location specifically because the employees are always so nice and cheerful. I actually find that at all Starbucks locations I have been to for the past ten years I am always greeted with a smile. And they love animals and have given whip on the side for months so I always bring my puppy. However, this morning I went through the drive through to be greeted by a cold stern voice. I asked if I could have whip on the side (my dog loves whip cream from Starbucks) she snapped and said "ok but do you want whip on the pumpkin spice" I replied with no because I usually get it on the side from my puppy. I pull up to the window to be greeted by and unhappy snappy and cold employee (I believe her name was Elizabeth) she handed me coffee food etc coldly. When I asked for the whip on the side at the end she snapped again and said "we aren't supposed to do that"...now I have no issue with not allowing whip on the side. HOWEVER, I do have an issue with being greeted coldly and spoken to very rudely. I will return to Starbucks as I love their product but will not be returning to this location. Terrible customer service from a place I have been greeted for years with...
Read moreActual worst experience at a Starbucks that I’ve ever had in my life. The customer service here is actually awful. I went through the drive thrand the girl on the speaker was very rude, then I went to the window and while waiting for my drink the girl at the window opened the window and with an attitude said “do you need something?!”……so I asked to speak to a manager to request my money back. The “manager” comes over and was just as rude as the other two. I will never go to this location again in my life and if this was my store I would have fired my employees for speaking and treating the customers the way I was treated today. Also, I get home and finally look at what the manager handed me which I thought was a gift card even though I asked for a refund. Come to find out it was actually a $4 off your next purchase. The drink I originally ordered was $6.31 and I didn’t get the drink. I canceled my order and asked for a refund and I didn’t even get a full refund and no drink also. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. I will stay clear of this location from here on out and so should...
