Normally we really enjoy Freddy’s. Where we don’t go often we normally have great experiences. I will say the staff was friendly however after ordering two cheeseburgers (one specifically ordered plain-meat and cheese only) and a y sweet tea at the drive through. As we pulled away I decided to check the order…and my sons burger was loaded with jalapeños. NOPE! Pulled around and decided to run in real quick as there was a car ahead of us in line…it took over 3 minutes to get anyone to help me at the counter…even with 2 of them walking around right in front of me.. finally I get some help and explain our situation. They claim to get that fixed right away…8 minutes later an older gentleman comes out checking on us…the workers further behind the counter were discussing the order and apparently they had made a new burger without cheese… so they went back again to fix it…maybe they made a whole new burger but it was over 15 minutes before we got our food to be able to head home…no apology or anything…after getting home and getting kids bathed and in bed I go to grab my unsweet and to my surprise it was sweet tea…YUCK! Very disappointed with service and the way it was handled tonight. It will be a bit before we try it again. They were nice but still never even an apology and it just got worse. It was an off....
Read moreWe love a food establishment that treats you like an inconvenience when you ask for your missing order. I have a common first name, and there was obviously another girl with the same name waiting on an order— however, when the guy called, he didn’t specify a last name and this person walked off with my order. That’s fine— I don’t mind waiting a little bit for them to remake what I ordered, and it’s almost understandable because it’s a busy promotion day. What isn’t cool, though, is staff acting inconvenienced by my request to have it remade after spending more than half my allotted lunch break waiting. Manager was super rude, like he was exasperated that I even dared to ask, and when I had to come back to the counter to ask for the two sauce I ordered, he stomped back over like I was just personally ruining his day. I’ve had my share of super rude and standoffish service here, but mostly put up with it because I enjoy the food. Don’t think I’ll bother anymore, though. Other options might not be as good, but I don’t vibe with being treated that way. I get that y’all are busy, but believe it or not, so am I. It costs nothing not to be...
Read moreWe actually didn't eat here that day. My wife and I were sitting outside on one of the benches and it was pretty cold. We were having our windows tinted next door at Don Evans and because of there ridiculous rule of only one person per car could be inside "that they didn't explain when we made the appointment". They had my wife and I wait outside for two hours. The manager of this Freddy's seen us out there and even though they were not open invited us in and offered us a drink. We were very grateful to them for the hospitality and kindness they showed in a world like the one next door at Don Evans were customer service is dying. Thank you for everything and we plan on bringing out car...
