Listen, at that big age, temper tantrums are no longer acceptable. I work customer service as well and would never even imagine acting so absolutely insane, especially in front of customers. Walked in today to get my son and I some lunch and there was one employee working in the building I didn't get her name but it was morning shift on a Thursday. she was doing her best to keep up with the constant orders and was doing a AMAZING job I mainly just came to brag on her she stayed positive even when I could tell it was getting over wheming with online orders and lunch time rush and on top of that our food was amazing. Absolutely the WORST Subway. I've given them a handful of chances and because my favorate location closed, I ended up trying them again, TWICE. My order is wrong most of the time and I proivde feedback on the survery's every time. Even when I go into the store, they can't get it right. I had to tell them what meat went on my sandwich! They always email me back thanking me for the feedback, but never correct the problem. The problem is my sandwich is incorrectly made every time! I will not give them any other chances.
