Finally got my hands on that beef rib from Carrs B-Que in Stockbridge. I also had the 4 wing plate. The wings were really good great Smokey flavor. That rib made me feel like I was one of the Flintstones, it was so good though. Will be back, yall need to just go ahead and open everyday! #FYP #BeefRibs #stockbridge

1st impression was not good! We arrived at 5:00pm on a Friday and they were closed. Even though, the business hours online states they are open until 7pm today. This is a sad thing when we live 5 minutes away and ended up driving 30 minutes away to get barbecue. The surprising thing is my daughter says that they have “phenomenal” reviews on social media for their food and customer service. This is a clear example that you can’t believe what is said online. I guess I should have known better when they didn’t answer the phone when I attempted to call in order. Just know that you may need a Plan B if you decide to take a chance on this restaurant. Food Meats: Brisket: Just delicious, melt-in-your-mouth, seasoned, and very flavorful. 2. Rib tips: I did not need any sauce; very tasty, but I wished they were a little more tender. 3. Burger: The burger was delicious, although cooked more than I like my burgers, but it was fine for my little one.

Sides: Baked beans: 😋 Delicious! 2. Fries: Perfect. 3. Greens: Very tender, but I would have liked more seasoning. 4. Mac and cheese: On the dry side; I like a creamier mac and cheese.

Service: Awesome, five-star customer service.

Atmosphere: Small and cozy.
