Waffle House — Restaurant in Stockbridge

• after waffle house corporate reviewed the videos of theirs and mine my money was reimbursed, they also dealt with the two staff members. This was the last time I saw either of them at this location

This has to be the worst store I’ve ever seen. I drove up to the waitress coming out towards my car as I was backing in across from the store front with headphones on. She stopped laughing crazy and walked inside. I just looked at my daughter and she said maybe she is doing a tic tock. Went in, we were the only ones inside. The waitress had on actual headphones like the ones that cover the entire ear and go over your head. The cook had on EarPods. ( both seem to be under the influence of something) The waitress came up and asked if we wanted plastic or real silverware. Being Easter I thought maybe they were short on things we went with plastic. I got a tea my daughter a Vanilla Coke. The cook proceeds to be screaming a very inappropriate song that I will not repeat here. He’s doing this the entire time we’re here. My daughter asks for a bacon grilled cheese and scattered hashbrowns with cheese. I asked for the pork chops and hashbrowns ham and cheese. My child’s sandwich comes out first. The top was dark. When she turned it over it was burnt. I had to yell for the waitress. ( no ones inside but she and the cook are wearing headphones) she comes over and I said this needs to be remade. She goes to the cook who is still cooking my pork chops but he’s in the back. She said I need another grilled cheese. In which starts a whole situation. This man is cussing yelling and saying they don’t like it they can leave. He’s angry and yelling in the back. She brings me my pork chops and well the burnt grilled cheese looked better than this. My daughter did get a replacement sandwich but, now her hashbrowns are cold cause he spent time in the back yelling and threatening before recooking the sandwich and didn’t reheat the hashbrowns. I only having plastic ware couldn’t cut the meat. I ate on the potato’s which were also wrong. The man went into the back yelling still and singing in between. My daughter said mom I am a little bit nervous we need to leave. I wanted to have a refund on my food. But I didn’t know what else would set these people off. I had to scream 3 times to get her attention to just give me the check.

I called the store after I knew shift change would be. Only a recording. I went online did a complaint also wanting a full refund. No message back. I called corporate two times. They have my complaint and it’s with upper management.

This was a very volatile situation. These two should not be allowed to work with customers. I have video from the first time I had to ask for more ice and she said what’s that mean? I started recording immediately. I knew something was wrong with her. Didn’t know it was both till a little while in.

Still nothing back from Waffle House. I worked here through the Olympics back in the day. All this would never...

Everyone, EXCEPT FIONA, is welcoming and friendly. While ordering my husband told our waiter, Oreo, that it was my birthday so he played "Celebration" by kool & gang and "Happy Birthday" by Stevie Wonder. Kenny prepairs and cooks to perfection each time we come. Come here for great food, good conversation, and a enjoyable atmosphere when Fiona is not there.

After visiting this location regularly for a week. Oreo was not there so we waited for whom ever was assigned to our table. Which was Fiona. After two minutes of sitting down, Fiona, came over to ask us what we would like to drink. Before we could answer she walks away three tables down to clean it. Then, comes back and asked us a second time what we wanted to drink because she didnt hear us. NO YOU WALKED AWAY. Next, she proceeds behind the counter still asking what drinks we wanted. Therefore, my husband and I took our money and informed chef Kenny that we would be back another time when there is a better waitress who...

Absolutely the worst customer service...I just walked out due to my server not being focused and possibly high. I sat down, I received my water and silverware ... After 10 minutes or so, my server came to my table and ask me "Is your order To Go"? Really? I'm sitting down drinking water with silverware in front of me. I noticed that all employees was MIA except her so I asked her "have you called my order" and she replied that the BIG manager is here and they're having a meeting. Wow!!! So when the BIG MANAGER comes to the set, all customers are put on hold. I think NOT. This is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a manager and she preceded to grab a cook stating he's a manager. Total unprofessialism, unsanitary, and possibly under the influence. I will Never visit this location again...and I'll make certain others are aware of this catastrophe of...
