Stars are for the location being convenient close by my place, but I would push myself to go to Ben Holt Dr for better service.

But when I don’t have time, I would give this a try to see if I’ll get a better service this time and give it a chance. However, these young kids doesn’t know how to be a little polite and lack on customer service

One time Steph were just rushing us so much that didn’t even have us all that we need. Even forget an item and we couldn’t go back due to our time. Just 10 min ago I went to drive through and want to load my apps for 20$ and handed her cash. Then Jas said she already charged me the cash. Didn’t even gave me a receipts.

Both times they would be laughing out of the situations. It almost feels like they are bullying bec like we have no choice and can’t do anything about it. I just didn’t have enough time and didn’t want to hold line of the drive through. I just hope they can be trained better or be...

So normally I don't go to this location, but I decide to stop by bcas on my way to work,so I walk in to order just SIMPLE BLACK COFFEE, wait on the line about 10 mins which is I am not mad about it bcas I understand Starbucks is busy all the time, so I order my black coffee with double shout of espresso, give them my name and everything, normally when you order black coffee will take max 3 minutes if not right away they will give it to you,, I waited for 16 MINUTES, and then I ask the guy what's up with my black coffee man I been waiting over 15 mins,which they served so many people they came after, soI gave him my name again and he's like yea I am going to make your order right now,, REALLY? I am running late and I said you know what man i am cool I don't want your coffee ,so i left the store without my coffee i paid for.I'll never ever go back to this location...

Ordered in the morning on our way back home from another city. Took 20 minutes to get our drink because they called our name to indicate they forgot if we wanted iced or hot coffee. Then they never called out our name the second time. Waited patiently but kept seeing many new orders go by, so at 16 minutes we told the barista who was struggling multitasking multiple drinks at once, and she said she put out our drink, which we never saw when we checked the cups that were ready. She proceeded to remake our drink along with another drink at the same time, looking very confused with switching her hands on the other cup with the oat milk and the other drink with second guesses. Eventually she made the drink at 20 minutes. Our hot drink had an aggressive smell of many shots in the espresso....
