So I havent been to this location since last year with the price of everything going up for one. Then when I call a "ED" answers he was so rude to me over the phone acted like he knew what I wanted. He wouldn't let me finish my sentence. I finish my order from what I thought. Anyway I get to the store. And get my oder I pay for it. I leave. Someone else is my ride mind you. I get dropped off home. So have my husband say ,"where is the regular cheese pizza" I realized I had forgotten to order a regular cheese pizza. Not the cheese stuffed crust that I added on. But a regular cheese. Due to ED being so rude to me over the phone it caused me to forget a order. So I decided to call the store back to speak to the "MANAGER"............guess who answers. Yup ED......he is the manager. So I explained to him how it was not customer friendly for him on his service they way he spoke to me. I wasn't rude so that's probly why he didn't remember me when I explained my order he said ,"I don't remember and sorry for the way I acted" I told him I work in customer service and it goes both ways the customer to the worker and the worker to the customer ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I added I hope he learns from this lesson. When some one is placing a order over the phone don't try to rush them off the phone. Then also the girl Heather said we can't put, "extra cheese as a one topping for the one topping special " honey yes you can it's straight up on the "Toppings List" I been coming to this location since it opened up. YES SINCE IT OPENED. Like I didn't just spend $76 for DISRESPECT 😡
I will not be coming back to this location I will be going to the one in Eastland Plaza or Country Club location.

Never been to a Papa Murphy in my life hell I've never even been to California. My buddy online was talking this place up so I looked it up and I got to say this pizza is the equivalent to a over priced Red Baron pizza from Walmart. I'm giving this place 5 stars in service and atmosphere because I've never been here and that is unfair, but you get 1 star on food cause this food is a scam. If I'm in the area in the future I will stop in but these Neanderthals' better cook my dang pizza for $25. Here's a picture of a Red Baron pizza notice anything different?...

Although the staff here are friendly and the pizza is pretty good, I particularly don't care how the owners handles their associates. Example, if an employee is waiting for a ride after closing, ALL associates must wait until their ride arrives, as a parent, I'm not cool with that. Why should associates have to wait because another associates ride is an hour late. It looks like favoritism on their part especially when it is only ONE employee who is as slow as her parents are picking her up....
