Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Stockton

We came New Years night to have pizza. At 8:45pm we finished ordering. 9:15 pm we received our medium pizza - 30 minutes! 9:40 pm we received our 6 bread sticks - 55 minutes! There were only 2 tables with guests! Waiter with dirty blonde long curly hair and beard complained we didn't come up to get our food yet he was more than happy to personally bring order to a table of 6 girls who arrived and ordered after our party. The same waiter snapped at my party when we asked about our order as if we were bothering him. When reporting our dissatisfaction to floor staff, the response was "this is my first night on the job!" We asked for names of the staff and was told "I dont know!" We later found out the name of the offending waiter was either Josh or Michael - receipt said Michael but a returning delivery man said the snapping waiter with long dirty blonde hair is named Josh. All the tables - literally ALL the tables - had dirty dishes not yet cleaned. I understand it's almost closing time and its New Years day but really - with only 2 tables with guests? Terrible customer service to my family. All adults in our party have experience working in a customer service environment so we were empathetic and kept allowing them excuses but then the attitude came from the waiter and that was it for us. Floor manager and staff need more training - take a hint from your google rating! psssst!.......it means you all need to improve! This experience brings shame to the Round Table Franchise and certainly not going to eat here again. Last note: when we ordered at the counter we indicated dine in but the receipt said take out AND we noticed no hair nets were used in the preparation of our food. I don't normally write reviews but my family was treated unfairly tonight. Nothing will change if nothing is said....

I have visited this establishment at this location three times in the last six weeks. All the times we enjoyed our stay and our food. The staff are friendly and caring. They keep the facility clean and the service is excellent. The new ultra-thin crust is very good because it does not fill you up too quickly. Because of this we continue to go back even more. Great job and great service. Thank you.

We went back to our favorite place to eat pizza and it was terrible. First, the workers did not seem to care about anyone standing out in front wanting to order. They did not have hair covers on nor did they wear gloves while making the pizzas. We noticed two little girls waiting at their table when we arrived and it took us 10 minutes to order. We then sat down and 30 minutes later the two little girls went up front, the two workers ignored them and finally told them to go see the manager. They did and the manager asked them, "when did you order your pizza?" The two little girls could not understand the time, but then told her they ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Finally, 50 minutes went by and we got out pizza. It was cold and it was flat where we could tell it was not properly stretched. It was cardboard crust. They took it back and simply reheated it which basically did nothing. We then decided to leave. This place is now a dump and poorly managed. Don't go there. If those two little girls had issues, many others did as well. We won't be coming back to this place ever again. You just lost a...

I Had the best king Arthur pizza at this location to the point I couldn't wait to return back to this location,but it was earlier in the day and I belive staff or the chefs may change in the evening but i went in the next time and ordered a King Arthur supreme ,none the less a " KING ARTHUR " pizza is not a combination, and the last two times we came in for that ,the staff member who possibly was Indian said the king Arthur was just a combination pizza and I said I always knew it as the king Arthur. And she said it was the same ..I said ok..but the pizza was not the same and it wasn't well done as specified in my order.and it was not the same ,it tasted old ..kind of a waste to be honest but during the day I have always gotten great pizza and i always get a fresh pizza and they never mention the king Arthur is just a combination. it's much more and I expect the same service in the day or night..I will continue to support the location but please correct the issues and make the pizza quality fresh like the day...
