I know my review doesn’t mean anything, but venting frustration after bad service is therapeutic. This McDonald’s is one of the slowest I’ve ever been to. They consistently take forever to get the line at the drive thru moving and to make it worse once you do get up there they have you pull forward and wait longer. Today’s experience just topped the cake though, which is why I decided to actually vent. I’ve come to this location on a couple occasions so when they blatantly lie because of their incompetency, I know. The mobile app doesn’t allow you to substitute the McGriddle yellow egg for the round white egg. You can ADD a round egg, but not substitute. So any time I’ve gone through I give them the mobile app order code and immediately ask for the substitution of the egg, and there’s never been an issue. Today (9/29/23) they tell me that they’re not able to change the order when it’s done on the mobile app. First off I didn’t complete the mobile order until seconds before I pulled up to the monitor, so there is no way they started making my order. If they “couldn’t” change my order on the computer (which they can), why not turn your head to the right and say “Hey Bob, put a round egg instead of the yellow on that McGriddle”. What bothers me is the blatant lie. If the guy would have said “i dunno how to do that, let me get the manager”, I would have said not to worry about it. I wouldn’t want to hold the line up. Instead, the manager pipes up and tells me “You have to do a separate order for that”. First off, how am I supposed to do a separate order to substitute an item on a previous order?! That doesn’t make sense. 2nd, if she meant I had to cancel that order and do it again that would negate what they originally said when they “couldn’t” change the first order. You simply cancel the transaction and ring up the 3 items I had on the order with the substitution. That’s an extremely simple fix, which I also would have said not to do as to not hold up the line. Either situation it would have been on me, not them and I wouldn’t have to leave a negative review. To wrap this up…don’t insult the intelligence of your customers, just admit to your own incompetence, and if you’re the manager just shut up and don’t add to the incompetence of your store you’re only making the store look even more...

Upon entering the store there was a employee who was working the drive-thru that was swearing and then notice me immediately he apologized so I ordered my McChickens and a Big Mac which came to $16 and something cents could not understand why it cost so much upon receiving my meal and went to my truck to eat it and I ate the Big Mac first I then took what I thought was a McChicken out of the little bag and tried to take a bite and I noticed the texture was different these were McCrispies not McChickens so when I returned to the store a little curly-haired female with glasses black hair looks at me and says what do you want me to do about it excuse me I'm the customer and I'm telling you my order's not right and you want to get smart with me? She said “idk probably” so we just got our sandwiches and left. Checked and we were charged full price for both. We called, spoke to a manager, she said she’d write my fiancé’s name down and we could come through and get them comped. So we finally tried to do that, only to be told in the worst attitude that there was nothing written down, my finance’s name wasn’t written anywhere and there was no record of it so they weren’t going to do anything.
