Starbucks — Restaurant in Stratford

Once again, updating from my previous review (below), to 1 star... Starbucks just re-opened after remodeling the interior. I was excited to see it and spend some time there, but it is now take out only! No seating at all! They also require you to use the app and order ahead or use Uber Eats, refusing to take any orders in person. I have never seen such an inaccessible coffee shop, I am so disappointed with this.

Updating my review to be 3 stars. Indoor seating is closed for the afternoons from 1-4 I believe which is posted on the door, but last week they shut down at 11am with no signage posted. A $4 off coupon was given but it doenst work on the app and doesnt fix the issue of the store closing for seemingly no reason since orders can still be placed and pickes up. Unsure of why the Cafe is closed every afternoon but it makes me not want to come to this location because I don't know if I will be able to sit down or not. Starbucks is a place I go to get work done and enjoy menu items but if you aren't gonna update your Cafe hours online or have seating open for your actual store hours, it's...

I go to Starbucks most mornings all locations depending on where I am to pick it up. This morning was by far the worst it’s been getting bad little by little each time. Either cup is not filled to the top, no caramel, the cold foam is like water, the drink isn’t coming with the chocolate curls like I ask. It makes or breaks my mornings not to mention how much you pay for a cup of coffee which is totally worth it if you’re getting what you ask for. Not everyone has the time to wait around for people to fix it especially if you’re busy in the store that’s what mobile app is for but then you just have to deal and take. You guys turned me into a grinch today and I literally hate it. Please make coffee accordingly below is literally how I picked up my coffee not even filled and water down whip no chocolate!Ps it wasn’t waiting all but 2 minutes for me to pick it up either . Since when does a Starbucks close at 4pm unlike NO other anywhere??? I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they had a help shortage, but this ridiculousness has been going on for months. Each and every time I have come and gone, so have numerous other customers looking at their watch in dismay as they meet a locked door with 10+ employees inside doing whatever. And to be closing so early especially during the holiday season when everyone is out and about shopping is insane. Whoever made this decision should be fired for it’s makes no business sense whatsoever! Hope they have plans to build a new Starbucks with a drive thru and NORMAL business hours like ALL other Starbucks locations. If not then simply close this location...
