I began with the garlic bread with mozzarella—crispy on the outside, soft and gooey inside, and utterly irresistible. The fresh, house-made focaccia paired perfectly with their rich, herbed olive oil.

The Margherita pizza was a masterpiece—thin, blistered crust with just the right chew, topped with vibrant San Marzano tomato sauce, creamy fior di latte mozzarella, and fresh basil. Every bite was pure perfection. I also tried the truffle mushroom pizza, which was decadently rich, with earthy truffle oil and wild mushrooms adding depth.

Decided to try this place out while sitting in fairfields parking lot down the street. And boy, oh boy, was I glad to give it a shot. The pizza was best I had since being in CT and I tried them all. Crust was light and crispy, sauce was tasty and unique, they gotta use the best cheese you could get and definitely not shy with the amount.
