Fairfield Pizza — Restaurant in Stratford

You know today was the last time I tried give them a chance I just called at 8:30pm to order 2 pizzas (Hawaiian mushroom and bacon) they take my order tell me to hold on. Then come back to the phone while I’m on hold for 10 minutes they have the audacity to come back to ask me “what’s up” I said I don’t know you took my order and told me to hold on. Then he said yeah we didn’t get it???? What???? This is not the first, second, third time they give bad service they have forgotten my salads with my order, forgot the chicken on my (chicken Cesar salad per the receipt) never understood how you forgot the CHICKEN on that salad. They have forgotten the mottz sticks, salad dressing. Regardless of all the issues they would come drive the forgotten foods out to me but today was the last time I bring my business here. I just placed my order at Pardise pizza it was SO quick and easy. It shouldn’t be this hard order...

Location has a hard time at hearing. Not sure how they communicate to make sure that they have the customers order correct but it is done poorly. They should not have a fancy website that gives you options on how you like your food to be made just for them to fail when you place an order over the phone. You even get lucky enough for them to tell the customer that they placed the order incorrectly instead of holding themselves accountable for not double and triple checking their food before it gets sent out for delivery. Food may be good, but getting the incorrect order truly kills an appetite.

The photo taken was my order that was supposed to be a 5 pc mild crispy chicken tender. Like I mentioned before, food is still good so I did eat 2 of my, check this out, 4 chicken tenders. Again, miscommunication and lack of accountability for not paying attention to detail on what your customer wants is a true...

I used to order here all the time & always had such amazing serve and food. Then ordered here the other night for the first time in a while and the food was HORRIBLE. The calamari was soggy & cold - barely any calamari for $12.00. Also, the onion rings came with only a few onion rings. Not only that, the Margherita pizza was soggy & everything fell off the pizza. It came to a total of 66.00 and it was absolutely horrible. The food is not made the same anymore and very overpriced with very little food. Then, I called and they didn’t even offer to refund or give me new food. Most restaurants that I go to usually fill the whole thing for calamari and my pizza never fall apart. My whole family was grossed out and we will never order...
