Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Streetsboro

I absolutely LOVE Jimmy Johns but most of all love the staff at this location they are always so nice and have my order here in no time! I order from them 2 times a week on both days they are open mind you I wish they were open more but I completely understand why they are not. You cant force no one to work you can only do so much and if you don't got the staff you don't have it so I'm just happy they are open those 2 days but pray they get workers only for their sake not mine . And I have to mention what just happened I actually work right across the street at the Wingate and its Thursday so I order my fave Jimmy Johns! Well im addicted to their chips so I usually order 2 bags, but when I opened the bag I only seen one so I just called to double check to see if I ordered them or If I just forgot this time which I did forget, so they asked me if I would like to order a bag and i proceeded to tell them I would not make them come back over for one bag of chips. so I started to eat my lunch and seen the delivery driver who is always soooo nice and I chat with every time comes in he actually brought me a free bag of chips and I thought that was just the nicest thing for him to do that im gonna have to get his name. I was denied service because despite the fact I DID HAVE A MASK ON, it would fall below my nose as I tried to talk therefore I was told it is company policy they will not serve me by the guy making sandwhiches. However you can dine in and eat WITHOUT a mask and thats ok. Kinda completely sounds backwards but to make matters even worse the employees were not welcoming at all. Had a horrible first experience here. I asked for two veggie sandwiches and I asked for them both the same way so as not to confuse him. But he still got it wrong. He didn’t even have things I asked for on the receipt such as hot peppers and onions. There was such a small amount of guac also. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the receipt until I got home or I would’ve gone back in. Lesson to learn here is to check your receipt and hope whatever was on there even is in the sandwich 🙄.
