This is the best Raising Canes in NE OH! Always FAST, FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE and ENERGETIC service! The food is fantastic , always giving fresh, crispy, hot fries and chicken. The fries are perfectly salted and the chicken is always approved by me! The toast tastes amazing especially when dipped in the sauce with a piece of chicken with it. Coleslaw isn’t my thing but when my friends have gotten it, they’re satisfied with the flavor and the amount given. The atmosphere inside is very cleanly where you eat and the restrooms are very nice as well. I’ve been in both the dining area and the drive thru to get food and every time it’s been flawless. (at this location…) Make sure you order an extra canes sauce and if coleslaw isn’t your thing and get some extra toast instead! (Just a...

Went out of our way to buy a 50 piece tailgate pack.. The chicken is disgustingly blan compared to our purchases at this restaurant and others. Something happened, did management change? Because the visit before, two young ladies were at the drive through with tablets taking orders. One, as per the manager, it was her first day.. the trainer wasn't training. The new hire said I'm sorry I don't know how to place the order. I said it is not your fault it is the managers and left without ordering. That terrible service didn't suck as today's tasteless chicken. Did a new employee mess up the seasoning, I'd think that would be done at a factory.

I usually go to the Kent location, but I thought this one might be less crowded, so I went to Streetsboro's. MY FIRST VISIT at this spot, I ordered two 6 piece meals, and they forgot 2 tenders in one of the boxes. I emailed them and told them the issue. The reply was very nice, they apologized and gave me a free 4 piece box.

So I go back the following week, and order my free 4 piece box and another 6 piece. Would you be shocked to find out they forgot 2 tenders AGAIN?!?!?! I was extremely shocked and reached out to the company again. This time I got no reply. I am going to help them train their employees: "COUNT WITH ME! ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! (Don't stop just...

I like that they are open late. I went thru the drive thru and the girl at the window handed me my food, she had a slight attitude. I asked if I could get BBQ sauce, she replied "NO". Ok I get that we're really supposed to like caine's special sauce but can you please be nicer about this. The chicken has great seasoning and good dipping sauce. The combo comes w Texas toast which is very soft and buttery. The fries are crinkle cut, and I am not a fan of these form of potatos. It also comes in a nice easy to eat out of box and they offer the dipping style ketchup, not just the squeeze pouch.

The food was something. It was my first time trying cane's, I will for sure come back here and eat again. They did my food in 2 minutes, I was shocked, I thought it won't be fresh, but when I tried it, it was AMAZING. Very fresh and juicy chicken, crispy fries, the sauce was amazing. The atmosphere is very nice too. The staff was great also! About the toast I got, it was very good too, but it was crispy on one side and not crispy on the other side, I don't know if it supposed to be like that. But overall 10/10. Highly recommend!
