Kitchen was dirty, they looked slammed, took a minute before anybody even acknowledged me - but only after the manager told them to. Ordered dine-in so I could use the awesome and rare ketchup pump on my tray. The guy slung my order out in a bag, yelled my name, and dove back to his station. I had to ask for a tray, 'just a minute' was the response. Got my tray, pumped my ketchup, and went outside to enjoy the day. I'd ordered a double with no onion because I'm allergic, as in...I taste onion, I puke. Outside, I unwrapped the burger...onions. Took it inside and the guy who slung my food acknowledged me after a minute, then fixed it with very little "sorry about that" type of interaction. I unwrapped it outside, he had made me a single. Back inside...got another person's attention. He radios the manager while the kid gets back to making me a double with no onion. The manager asks if I'm being taken care of, I told her what happened. She talked to the burger-slinger and brings another one out with apologies. Outside, start to unwrap it...there's schmekel inside the wrapping but outside of the burger. I open it up, it was the greasiest Wendy's burger I'd ever seen, but I wasn't going back to the counter for a third time. I ate it and chocked it up to the understanding that Wendy's are just going downhill everywhere and there's no need...
Read moreWe rarely eat there so when I noticed that they had chili cheese fries..I ordered. The cashier was relatively new. She was very nice. However, she placed the order as chili cheese potato and charged me for that, which is more than fries. We didn't notice bc she instantly turned around and had a manager show her how to make my chili cheese fries. So they made them together, but never removed the order from the screen. So another employee made the chili cheese "potato" for my order (bc it wasn't corrected or removed) while the manager refunded me the $0 .30 difference. They then stood there and laughed at their mistake and threw the perfectly good food out into the garbage! She hit the wrong button and instead of owning the mistake, she made it on her own but didn't think about the repercussions of that one action. There are so many beings who are going hungry on a daily basis, and we are throwing out a hot meal ..and even the manager said "that's what we are ordered to do from the 'higher ups'!" Ridiculous. Truly disheartening. They didn't even think to offer it to me (it was accidentally meant for my order) at the regular or discounted price, so as to not let it go to waste. I could have found someone to give it to! ..without hesitation, it was tossed into the garbage can directly in...
Read moreIf I could I have this place investigate because I went there at 7:05 am and order a number one and breakfast bacontonor then cancel it because the cashier wasn't Wareham ask correctly and her co-worker came in not wearing a mask and I wash his hands touching the counter and God knows what else grab the broom and dustpan went out to clean the parking lot with no mask and gloves completely defying the governor. then the young cashier had the gall to argue with me oh he just came in and clocked in that's even more important to have a mask on because just in case I forgot we're still in the middle of pandemic and just for the record even in pre pandemic that is against health regulations and places like this is the reason why the case count continues to increase because they're not following the health guidelines and the CDC guidelines or the governor orders .safe to say I will never order from this...
