KFC — Restaurant in Stuart

About 5 months ago I picked up in the drive thru for dinner a chicken sandwich fries and coleslaw. I was almost home when I decided to take a bite of my sandwich. To my shock it was very hard dry and a big piece of hair was in it. I immediately called to complain the woman said she's sorry come back for another. She took my information and said her name was Anna. I was already home so I didn't want to go back. I said I'll be back another time.

Today I was driving past the KFC and decided to finally pick up my sandwich. I walked in they are very cold and rude. The employee was complaining about someone in the drive thru before deciding to help me. I told her the story and she said there was no Anna. I said maybe I called the wrong KFC that night. She completely belittled me, was very condescending and basically called me a liar and like I was a homeless person trying to get free food. I was so insulted and shocked. Went to the KFC on SE Federal HWY just now and Beonca was so rude to me. I ordered a chicken pot pie but she said they were all out. I asked her when they would have some and she got sarcastic and said later on today. I said great around what time and she said idk. So I ordered something else. Pull up to the window and she is rolling her eyes as she hands me the food. I drive out the way and notice she didn’t give me my cookie for the five dollar fill up nor any utensils. So I drive all the way back and ask her for those things, she rolls her eyes again and walks away and hands me the stuff and says very rudely “the only silverware we have is a spoon” and rolls her eyes again. Second visit. First visit a month ago 1/2021. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Finally got to the order box and was that told drive through was down and come inside. Second visit. Dumpster gate blocking off drive thru. Nice. Smart move by employees to keep business slow but bad for customers. Didn’t wait long in line but register went offline as soon as we got to the window. Seems to be a recurring theme. Order 2 piece meal and 3 mashed potato bowls. Bowls had as much mashed potatoes as a single serving. Pretty sure they scooped an individual side size into a big bowl. Charged full price though. Also order 5 drinks. No straws and no receipt. Tried twice to give them a chance. Twice failed. Not going back anymore and would recommend avoiding.
