McDonald's — Restaurant in Sturbridge

Do you wanna hear about the beast restaurant in the frickin' universe? Look no frickin' further than McDonald's in Sturbridge, MA! Here I will break down the glory that is Mickey Dee's in some bullet points. Cleanliness is up the wazhoo! I've never been in this joint when it's been dirty, it's only ever been hoppin', or as another reviewer here would say, HopM. Food is real good but I mean, come on, we all know it's plastic. It's funny how the world is focusing so much on this infamous Sturbridge McDonald restaurant for causing obesity, yeah, I'm lookin' at you, Bernie Sanders! You fake ass reviewer! Bernie ain't got no booble plus account! The staff is brimming with happiness and enthusiasm. I specifically remember how one day as I was ordering some fake meat, the manager, whose name I will slightly alter and call Coner O'Brioon, had extreme dark circles and vomit from his hangover stuck to the side of his face, but was in a pretty decent mood nonetheless. I mean, yeah, he kicked me out for saying hi to him, but what do you expect? It's Mickey Dee's, after all! HopM THEIR DRIVE THRU IS GR8 but the speaker is crackly like the popcorn in Kelm's. This is the 2 time in 3 days i have stopped at McDonald's in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. The first night i stoped i was given apple pies that expired at 4 pm. Those were very crunchy and dried out. Also ice cold. I had ordered a double quarter pounder with the reconn onions but when i bit into it they had put extra slivered onions and no reconn onions. I was too tried to call and complain. Then i stopped a second time. I get to the speaker at the drive thru the lady comes on says ill be right with you. So i put my car in park i waited for 5 timesand had customers behind me honking their horns at me because drive thru was not moving. So i pull back around and go inside to see a manager who couldn't have been much older than 21. I told her how i waited in drive thru and her comment to me is there is only 2 of us. I looked in the production area to see 4 employees in the kitchen. The manager took my order. It was 3 times the fries were cold no where near what McDonald's gold standard should be. All and all I will not stop at that McDonald's ever again. The crew just seems to be a body and didn't seem to care about its customers. When i drove out of the parking lot the drive thru was all the way back to cvs. I know finding help is hard Im a chef myself I know the headaches tring to get people to work is impossible. As a franchise owner I would be absolutely ripped finding out the OSHA violations and disgusting attitude displayed at my location like the ones my wife and I encountered tonight in Sturbridge. There was no other customers durring our visit. An employee was putting the mop in the counter cleaning bucket then cleaning the counters with it. She then placed the cleaning bucket on the food counter, another employee removed the bucket, then she placed my takeout bag in the liquid used to clean the floor. The manager was walking around in an inappropriate ragged up hoodie. They messed up our order at the window, told us the ice cream machine was down so they can't make mc flurries, and gave us wrong items. We went in to get our order right and found an employee laying on one of the front dining tables, she saw us coming in... We noticed our food was contaminated and threw it out.
