America's Buffalo Wings { Open 24/7 } — Restaurant in Suffolk

This was my first stop for food at 8:30a.m. and first time ever eating in Suffolk V.A. while traveling back home. I gotta say I was surprised at the awesome customer service I received. The guy taking my order was very friendly. He took the time to ask what I wanted and made sure to read it back after each item was ordered. When the food was ready he wouldn't let me take it out until I looked at every plate and made sure it looked presentable and perfect. I gotta say it looked like it was from a commercial no lie. I was impressed by the taste and the presentation was on point. The burger with provolone and pepper jack and American cheese with whatever condiments you like and the cheddar cheese fries, if you don't try anything else try this and you won't be disappointed. I got 3 of these meals and parked at Lowe's. No one in the car said a word cause our mouths were full lol. I will definitely be back and I will be recommending family and friends who live in the area. 10/10. Also the pic does not do it justice the plate was full of cheese frys and the burger is decently sized, I just couldn't stop smashing it to take a pic...

Best new option in town. A lot of food around Suffolk is either fast food, poor value or poor quality.

Suffolk BBq used to be at this location before and they were 4/5 the first year or so... then quickly declined to a 2.5/5 til they closed.

The charcoal chicken place that opened is okay but poor value. The other wing place across the way on the Kroger side is awful.

So this is latest new food shoppe in town and so far so good. 4.5/5.

What I like:

Lambo gyro A+ Chicken Gyro B- Chicken is a little spicy The portions of the sandwiches are so generous

The wings are big and crispy. Tons of sauces available. Reasonably priced.

The burger is just ok but still better than any fast food burger. The bun is really good.

They have great coleslaw

The place is clean and the service and food is quick. The staff is quiet but polite.

The carrot cake is pretty good but $4.25 for a small slice

What I don't like:

The sweet tea and peach drink is way too sweet. Unsweet tea option would be nice to mix it.

Crinkle cut fries are good sometimes but not my favorite

Absolutely horrible, I would go to America's best wings right across the street! Don't waste your time. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews but I'm pissed. I order over $60 in food and it was disgusting! My fiance's wings weren't too bad but mine were horrible and they weren't even right but we live so far so no point in going back. It took 30 minutes for them to make the order, understandable. We go to pick it up and we go in and the worker just ignores us and takes four people in front of us, so we ask him if we are invisible. He doesn't speak English so he has no idea. We had to translate almost everything we were trying to say and ask him what's going on with our order, we got a text it was done, we get there and he has no idea what's going on. The coleslaw was watery and sour. Just overall a horrible experience and if I can save someone from making the same mistake and going here then so be it.
