We regularly order pizza from this store. Tonight we ordered 3 pizzas. One of them was extremely undercooked and doughy. We called to have it exchanged and they delivered a new one. The new one delivered had mushrooms that had either spoiled or touched some serious chemicals bc half of them were ok and half of them were not only sour but I could not wash the taste out of my mouth with anything. We returned both WHOLE pizzas and asked for a refund or credit for a future order. We were told that the GM there placed a restriction on our account and the only option we had was to come pick up the pizza we had returned. The last and only other time we had an issue there was when someone took our order incorrectly and I mentioned it wasnt the pizza we had ordered. The manager told me I had to pay for a whole new pizza. I said that I didn't mind paying an upcharge of the price between the two pizzas if there was one(Which there wasn't our pizza was more basic and less toppings) but buying a whole new pizza was not an acceptable option to me( for a mistake made within the company). She got ugly with me and I left paying for a pizza we didn't order and with no resolve. I'm not one for conflict but I am one for integrity. To hear that our account was flagged after having to pay for and eat what we didn't order the first time, and then to have the food delivered with issues twice in one night only to be met with no resolve again is discouraging. We've had plenty of good pizza in between these issues. Most of the staff we've spoken to has been so kind and cool and we have no expectations of perfection but we do expect things to be made right when they aren't. If you have issues with the GM(Ms.Richards) like we did contact corporate and they will make it right. Read moreMy daughter ordered a pizza on line that never came. When she went to check the tracker on line, it would usually track by the minute how close or far the driver was from the house. But it just went straight from ordering 7:02pm to delivered at 7:56pm. So my daughter call them to let them no that we never received the pizza. She was told that the pizza was delivered and that there was one proof that it wasn't and that the driver handed it to someone at my house. So my daughter asked for a refund. The manager told her that she could only get store credit. So my daughter asked could they remake the pizza. I called back, since the order was placed on my card. I asked the manager for a refund and she lied and said my daughter asked for a store credit. She was extremely nasty with no remorse or any kind professionalism at all. I had no choice but to call your main office to put in my complaint. About an hour later my neighbor called to let me know that my pizza was sitting on her door step for 2 hours. She even sent me her door cam showing the diver just set the pizza on the porch. My neighbor called your establishment to let them know a mistake was made. The manager told her to throw it away and she would call me. She never called, so I call her. Yet again, no apology on the behalf of your establishment. At this point I can care less about the pizza. Read moreThis was a bad night. I ordered on a Tuesday night. The pizza was supposed to be delivered by 8:02 on the later side . I called at 8:35. I spoke to a employee that said after he got my address in 15 more minutes. He stated if it cold we can remake it. It arrived in about 10 minutes after that. The driver stated he had 2 other drops before us. The pizza was not that warm. The worst part was that it was gooey and not cooked after I asked for well done. I called to complain. The young lady I first spoke with seemed annoyed. I ask for her name to keep a record but was told after I asked a second time that she can get a manager but she was not giving me her name. I then got another person that claimed to be the manager. I was told since I got double pineapple I was going to get it gooey and not done. I should expect a gooey pizza. He offered me a new pizza.or a refund. I choose the refund knowing I could never get a pizza that is cooked properly. I did order every week from here. I will no longer order pizza from here.
