Suffolk Conference Center — Attraction in Suffolk

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I attended a wedding at this location over the weekend and the lack of hospitality and cooperation from this staff was astonishing. They did not set up our catering dishes as agreed in our contract, so our guests ate cold food. Additionally, they did not refrigerate the cake or cool the ballroom, so the cake was melted, imagine that. They did not decorate the ballroom, high table or dance floor, as agreed upon. To top it off, they sent an invoice nickel and diming pre-existing damages after we had booked nearly every floor and 3 conference rooms. Do not rent out this venue!!!
