Cook Out — Restaurant in Suffolk

I visited the drive-through today before my kids and I went Christmas shopping . I ordered some food, got to the window and realized that it cost a little bit more than it usually did. So being that the young lady did not repeat my order over the intercom, I asked her to repeat what I ordered when I got to the window because I felt like the price was off. She immediately became irritated and started being rude stating “I only put in the system what you told me ma’am“ and refused to repeat it to me. So I told her you don’t have to have an attitude I just want to verify what was put in the system.because the price is different. She gets irritated once again and called her manager stating “she has a problem with the price and I keep telling her I put in what she ordered!” The manager approaches the window and asked me what was wrong and I immediately told her I wanted to address the other young ladies rudeness because as I was waiting for the manager she was speaking badly about me. The manager says no I’m the manager address me and I told her she needed to address the cashier being rude and she slams the window in my face and locks the doorI I sat there for another 30 seconds trying to process what happened and a young man comes to the drive-through. I asked him for the customer service number /corporate number. He tells me “it’s on the cup”. I told him I don’t have a cup because I don’t even have any food. He refuses to give me the number , gets upset with me and slams the window once again! A few seconds later he comes back and tells me if I don’t leave the drive-through he’s going to call the police on me mind you I wasn’t even there for a good 2-3minutes to even deserve such a threat. At that point I was livid and shocked at what I just experienced and became verbally irate as it was warranted!!!! Yes I already called corporate but I feel like such bad behavior and such terrible customer service needs to be dealt with on another level and I will be following up! To tell a customer who isn’t even a threat that you will call the police on her in front of her children was very unnecessary and I was more than livid. Will not return to that location! Had a taste for hotdogs so my husband and I stopped at Cookout in Suffolk Va on Sun Jan 19th 2025. Well we should have made a better choice. 1st of all we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes or more. I ordered 2 hotdog tray cookout style and he ordered 2 hotdog tray with chili and cheese. We realized we didn't get any straws or napkins so we pulled into a park to go in. Open the tray and the entire order was wrong. We had 3 hotdogs total and they were all chili cheese dogs, one of my side orders were wrong and the other one was missing. My husband goes inside comes back and says the female server said she made the hotdogs herself and she know she gave them to him, as if we were trying to steal a hot dog. He comes back to the car with the correct side orders but the same chili cheese hotdog and she refused to give him the missing hotdog. I returned with the entire order and she's looking in the trays, with an attitude trying to find the hotdogs she supposedly gave me. She did correct my order. I've been to this location several times and I've never had a bad experience but this was the worst service and the worst tasting food from a cookout I've ever received. While there I also witnessed another worker drop a cup on the floor, pick it up and returned it back to the shelf with the clean cups. This establishment just needs...

Went through the drive-thru at 9:28 pm. There were four cars ahead of me. When I ordered my food the guy working repeated my order incorrectly 3 times before going silent for 3 solid minutes. When he came back to see if there was anything else I needed he acted surprised that I did not move forward through the drive-thru. When getting to the window he stated my amount due he put his hand out. I gave him my car to make a payment. He closed the window, returned with my card and receipt, closed the window. He returned a few minutes later with my drink and closed the window. He returned a few minutes later and open the window and handed me my bag of food. He never spoke again during our interaction, never asked if I needed anything else or thanked me. O waited at the window for several minutes more before he returned. He open the window and once again did not speak. I asked for some napkins and a straw. He open the window back up and handed them to me. Very bad experience. I ended up getting to my hotel for the evening only to realize that I didn't get a fork. Great food bad...
