This used to be my favorite Arby's. I have gone twice to this location in the last 2 weeks, and the service, presentation and food was horrible. First of all, I never had this issue, or any issue, with night shift. Day shift women, all Hispanic, are very rude and sloppy. Last week I came in, and I guess because I have a scarf on my head, they think I am middle eastern, (but I am Mexican)and started to talk in Spanish. When I asked ¿QUE? to them they said nothing. I ordered on line, and the promotion states that you can buy 1 get 1 on the sandwiches, and the lady said we don't have that promotion here. I said, yes you do,because if you didn't the app would send me a different location and say this location is not available. So she started talking to the you get one in Spanish, and I asked for corporate number, she said, go online and get it. The younger one at the window rolled her eyes and went back to the window. When they seen I was calling corporate, who never answered the phone, after looking up their number, they went aheadand just gave me the sandwich. So, today, I ordered again, same way, no problem, but when I went through the window at like 2pm, the same young Hispanic lady was in the window and was not friendly and just made a face when she seen me, and closed the window after handing me my food. She did not ask if I needed condiments or anything. I took the food to my patient and his wife and the sandwiches were both very sloppy, both not cut all the way through and it looked like were old. I will no longer come here during the day time, but I would like someone to reach out to me because as a nurse, customer service, kindness and personality is very important, as well as deliverance of service. I am very disappointed with this day crew. Night crew...
Read moreI stopped at Arby’s by happenstance, on my 1 1/2 hour trip home from work. It’s was late and i absolutely had to use the restroom. While i was there i decided to get dinner after watching all of the commercials in tv, their food looked delicious. While waiting to order, noting there was no one else waiting except me; as they were short handed and the place was pretty empty; i encountered and chased away several mosquitoes! One of those mosquitoes bit me in the middle of my forehead! Ouch! But i still didn’t let that stop me from getting my food. After i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and a Greek Gyro and received my food, i left the restaurant. I decided to eat my gyro in the car on my way home as the other meal was for another family member.
Needless to say, the Greek Gyro with extra cucumber sauce, tomatoes and onions was one of the best i have ever tasted! But, you have to eat it when it’s fresh because it doesn’t taste that great an hour later... my mom really enjoyed her crispy chicken sandwich meal as well! I guess I’m now a fan of Arby’s of which i think I’ve only been to another Arby’s one other time in my entire 50 years of life! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Maybe they can do something about the skeleton crew next time by perhaps putting all the mosquitoes to work!!!

She was so easy to get along with that I asked her to marry me. I said I needed someone easy to get along with like her in my life, but, ooops, she asked if I was already married...oh well. The order was correct and everyone in the restaurant was nice and fast and the place was clean. In truth, I've used this Arby's for 10 years and it has almost never disappointed, other than the unfortunately early closing incident below.
Feb 2023 review: Closed 20 minutes early, twenty minutes to 10 and the drive through line and front door are blocked with cones. To these people a 10 pm closing time means "All customers are out, the store is clean, the door is locked, and employees are in their cars at 10pm sharp." Man do I hate driving somewhere and they close early. FAIL.
Former review: French dip is good but they should bring back the prime rib steak for which you formerly could ask. Pretty good and the au jus is not bad either. This location is fancy and sparkling and well run. Also try the pistachio muffins at the deluxe coffee...
