Two stars because I have been going here for four years and the food USED TO be good quality. Now, not so much. But even worse than the food is the staff, unfortunately. Theyre really rude. And honestly if you don't speak their language (which mind you, I do, just not to them on the phone) they won't serve you properly. Case A: they had buy one get one free on Nehari. My sibling phoned in to ask regarding the deal and they said they had none left. It was late, so that made sense. However, a friend of mine took the phone (not even on a different phone call) and asked them in urdu, and they somehow now had some left?! Enough to give two servings (buy one get one free.) Case B: exactly the ame situation except we hung up the phone. My father was with me at the time and decided to call after I narrated case A to him. He didn't believe they would do that. But lo and behold, the dish that they didn't have just moments ago because it ran out (at 6pm btw) was now available for two servings But we wanted four. So after telling me there was nothing left and nothing they could do about it. They made some appear, again. AND offered another dish to replace the remaining of the order for my dad. When for me.. They couldn't do anything I also waited in line for ten mins because (I'm assuming it's because I'm female) multiple others came in after me and got served I had called and ordered half an hour prior, and had to wait half an hour in the resturaunt to get my food that was in the small heating area in the back right corner. A man walked in asking them to open a can for him, ten mins after me and left with an open can before I got my food.

I always come to this place and I struggle myself a lot the customer service is really poor whenever you walk in the people that works they pretend like they didn't see you and the manager is always in a grumpy mood it's like why you are here.... Whenever I go to a restaurant first thing I do is to visit the restrooms then I go to the counter then we talk about service then we talk about food. The restrooms are bad it could be better as for the cleanliness. I already mentioned about poor customer service doesn't matter if I leave them tip or no tip. Leave them a good tip because they help me because of their service. Taste of food are okay nothing exciting. I wish the owner of the management team read this and work on there customer service and put little smile on their face and make us feel welcomes. I ordered takeout, so i was waiting on my food. I waited for the food for 20 minutes, and the food was sitting on their counter for 10 minutes afterwards without me knowing it was mine. I then went up to the cashier to pay and ask when it was done, and then i received it. So basically, if i didnt go up to them, my food probably would have still been on the counter. I then realized my boti roll order was wrong, so i went back inside, and the young man basically told me it was my fault for not telling him. He went to go ask if they would possibly make it again, but it seemed like he didnt really care. Then a very nice young lady responsibly handled the situation and made sure that the order was right.
