Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I placed an order for a pizza, properly providing my address. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was delivered to different location. To resolve this misunderstanding, I contacted your customer service team immediately. However, the representative I spoke with showed a lack of empathy and professionalism. Instead of assisting me in resolving the issue, they accused me of providing an incorrect address and abruptly disconnected the call without offering any solution or compensation. I want to emphasize that this was not my first time ordering pizza from your place Nevertheless, this incident has deeply disappointed me and has made me question whether I should continue to be a loyal customer. So I got to say that I am disappointed. I buy pizzas from you guys maybe once a week. Its always Philly & Jalapeno and Chicken and onions. And it has always been great. So I decided to go for extra meat today. When I walked into the store, I was greeted and given my order promptly. When I got back home I looks at my pizza and realized that it was definitely not extra meat. In fact, i had slices of pizza with only one piece of meat on them. Normally I would just say what ever and eat it, but since i was charged for it, i feel like this was not the best experience.

Not happy with this location and we order from here frequently. Stafford location has much better pizza and custom service! Everytime we get pizza from here (delivery or pickup) the pizza seems to be undercooked and somewhat raw. On 12/23/19 we ordered a Large Brooklyn crust pizza & it only had 6 slices. I called to complain that my Large pizza only had 6 slices.
