The food here is phenomenal compared to other locations idk what it is about it but the service they give completely dictates the quality of food. I refrained from a bad review from my first few experiences but it just happened again. So my first time I ordered a catering order for my son’s bday, when I show up to pick it up literally no one acknowledged that I was even there. For over 5 mins it was SO awkward. Later I realized I was standing in the wrong place even though the pick up sign was right there but so many employees seen me standing there looking at them waiting to be acknowledged and no one even LOOKED at me. They blatantly ignored me even those wearing mgr shirts. But the food was good.
Then today I order a curbside order real quick bc I had to take an unexpected break from work and I waited 12 mins after the app said they were making my food, still nothing. After about 6 of those 12 mins I got a notification saying my food was ready and they were going to bring it out. Finally after 6 mins from that notification I got out of my car and went inside and I got the SAME EXACT ignoring treatment. There was 1 employee at the register and 3 others behind her and not a single one looked me in my face to acknowledge me at all. In fact they disappeared!!! Wt F? Eventually I seen a girl with an iced coffee about to head outside and I got my order. Food was on the verge of being cold . There was no one in line inside and the drive thru line was steady but I could’ve gone thru it twice before I received my food through curbside.
And I’ve experienced here in the drive thru where the person at the window (it’s open so they’re able to step outside) refuses to meet your hands halfway to handoff the food. If it required them taking a step to reach you, they wouldn’t do it. I had to put my shoulder out of my window to grab my food. Read moreThe only fast food I've allowed my boys to eat and every experience across the States and also in Canada has always been exceptional for the past 17 years until today! We ordered in the drive through received our food, asked if everything was in the bag and was assured it was by going through the check list. Drove off and right before we made it to the main road my 6'8" boys stated they were missing an item. I went inside because they were already eating with receipt in hand. The young lady that took our order outside in the drive through line was now inside assisting her mates behind the counter. She took my receipt after being told an item was missing. She loudly proclaimed to those working at the drive through window, "This lady claims she is missing something from her order and I'm sure she has it but what y'all want to do?" She then walked over to a dark shirt wearing employee and repeated the statement. I'm assuming the manager is the one that approached me and had me repeat the same thing to him and he says, "This time we will replace it," as if I have done this before. I have NEVER been so insulted in my life. Then I noticed I was charged for grilled when we ordered regular. I was asked to double check the one bag we receive so I brought the boys in with their half eaten food and the one bag. He decides to give me what was missing and then credit my card the difference of the over charging of wrong item. I am beside myself and the manager must work on appropriate customer service skills with his employees. What an embarrassing experience!! Read moreThis use to be our FAVORITE chick fil a! The customer service is what I really come for because USUALLY it compares to none!! Being told, “it’s our pleasure” “Welcome to chick fil a” “ How can we serve you” all done with a smile, are all sayings that we have come to be use to hearing! But The last few times we walked in, maybe one person said, “Welcome to Chick fil a!” We got up to the register and no smile was given and the young lady (who has glasses, brown hair, is short, and I think she does catering or to go orders) was not nice at all! No smile and no kindness in her voice and acted like she didn’t want to be there! When I asked her for extra sauce she rolled her eyes and acted as though I was bothering her! We sat down but had to clean our own table which is usually done for us, and no one asked to refill our drinks! 😞
This place has really great food! It’s always hot and made to order! But you can get great chicken just about anywhere what sets chick fil a apart from everywhere else is the fact that they are so eager to meet your needs and serve you. In 2019 that’s hard to find! You can’t find great customer service, kind people and great food anymore! But you could always count on it at Chick fil a until recently! I’ve been here a couple of times and this same thing has happened! This same girl doesn’t smile and is not kind even at the drive through when we have gone through! 😩😞
