Extremely horrible service. There was a large family in front of so I ordered online. We stayed in the store played games I went up 3 times to check each the girl said âoh In so sorry weâre making them now.â 30 minutes later all the other guest got their drinks except mine. Prefer the sugarland location. Update: In Response to the owners comment. Iâve been to the sugarland location numerous time. No matter if itâs busy or not my order comes out or is already made when I arrive. Iâm not slow I know how a queue works for orders. I was the 2nd person to order in that store. I did it online to help them out because the family in front of us was asking questions and taking their time. The order had been up there for quiet some time and I went up 3 times to check -and it was never madeâŚbecause they forgot about it! They also messed up on numerous orders that day. My order was already in place before the store got busy so I should have had some priority. They just didnât make it.    Read moreToday I had the worst experience I ever expected to have in this coffee shop. Me and my business colleagues come more than 20 times a week for consultation with our clients. When you visit a business so regularly you expect to earn respect and good services. It was a very embarrassing situation for me and my colleagues here. They were playing music very loud which was making it difficult to understand what other person was talking. When we requested them to lower the music on purpose they increased the volume and laughed and talked loudly. They even played blenders at the highest volume possible. First time we requested them to lower the volume they didnât, we went again and told the employees we have been here several times and never heard a volume so loud. She said she will do it but they all whispered and created a dramatic scene In from of our guest. I feel sorry for the owner if this business with such a good location and coffee to have immature employees who donât know what customer services means but damage the relationships with regular clients. The only reservation I have is that the majority of other tea places provide a punch card you can bring for next time. They're real simple - buy 10 drinks, get one free. This chain does have a reward system, but it's built into a phone app. That's not a problem in itself, but I found that in order to receive credit toward a free drink, I have to pay using the app. The problem comes up that after adding my bank card to the app, I cannot simply use that card to pay, I must first transfer funds from my bank onto the app. The minimum amount is $25. I don't want to have my money locked into this account. Also, I think it is unlikely that any combination of drinks will equal $25, so eventually I'll have change locked in the app that I can only use if I deposit another $25. The rewards system should be something that encourages the customer to return, but I was put off by this implementation.
