Title: A Disappointing Experience with the Caramel Apple Spice at Starbucks As a loyal customer of Starbucks, I recently found myself craving a warm and comforting drink on a chilly autumn day. Naturally, my first choice was the Caramel Apple Spice, a beverage that has always been a seasonal favorite. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I discovered that I had to pay extra for the apple juice in my drink. This unexpected surcharge left a bitter taste in my mouth and tarnished my overall experience. One of the reasons I have always favored Starbucks is their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. However, the decision to charge extra for the apple juice in the Caramel Apple Spice contradicts this ethos. It feels like a blatant attempt to maximize profits at the expense of customer convenience. It's disappointing to see a company that prides itself on providing a premium coffee experience resorting to such tactics. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact that the apple juice is an integral part of the Caramel Apple Spice. Without it, the drink loses its essence and becomes a mere caramel-flavored beverage. It's disheartening to think that I have to pay extra for an ingredient that should be included in the original recipe. It feels like a money grab and undermines the authenticity of the drink. Furthermore, the additional charge for the apple juice creates an unnecessary barrier for customers who want to enjoy the Caramel Apple Spice. It makes the drink less accessible and affordable for many, especially considering the already premium pricing of Starbucks' beverages. This move seems to prioritize profit margins over customer satisfaction, which is a disservice to loyal patrons who have come to expect a certain level of value from the brand. In conclusion, my experience with the Caramel Apple Spice at Starbucks was marred by the disappointment of having to pay extra for the apple juice. It not only contradicts Starbucks' commitment to quality and customer satisfaction but also undermines the authenticity and accessibility of the drink. As a dedicated customer, I hope Starbucks reconsiders this decision and returns to providing a complete and satisfying beverage experience without unnecessary...
Read moreI went to this location yesterday and the employee that was working there was extremely rude. I got into line and there was a lady in front of me that looked like was already waiting a good 5 minutes plus the time the employee completely ignored us and kept cleaning until she saw a line starting to forum. I made eye contact with her several times thinking that she had already took the drink order for the lady in front of me, but nope. Look like she kept putting us off and didn’t wanna help us. When I finally got to order, I walked up to the counter and told her hi and she turned her back to me and went to do something else. Came back 2 minutes later to FINALLY take my order. Looks like she didn’t wanna even be working there. She was extremely rude and I will probably not be going back to this Starbucks again. I wish I would have gotten her name or there was a...
Read moreI am a HUGE Starbucks fan and visit the location near my home several times a week. I stopped in to this location for the first time today while shopping at Target.
My initial experience with the first young lady was pleasant as she explained to me that if I enter my number, it will add to my Target points. However, the older lady (by appearance) who began to take my order, just stopped without reason and walked away to help a Target employee who'd walked in. Quite rude.
My rating however, is that I get home ready to enjoy my loaf and see that they've sold me a 1 month old product that was supposed to have been discarded!!! Had it been fresh, I'd likely have not complained, but as you can guessed it was...
