Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sugar Land

Okay I know y’all want to know my experience. Well the restaurant was very clean not busy. But the service was very questionable. So I walk into the Taco Bell and nobody greeted me for like seven minutes. Finally somebody comes up and instead of saying. can I take your order? They say did you place your order I was like what do you mean? I’ve been standing here for seven minutes then they proceeded to say oh you got a place your order on the kiosk I’m like but there’s nobody here can’t you just take my order? I’m sorry it’s Taco Bell‘s policy that you place your order on the kiosk I was like but I’m going to pay cash and you’re right here and there’s nobody else here. Finally, I gave up I was not gonna argue with him. I turned around to use the kiosk then he’s comes from behind the counter where I’m at and ask me do I need help. When I tell you, I took a deep breath and I slowly turned around to him and I said you want to help me help myself place the order on the kiosk when you could’ve just placed the order yourself on your computer. I was so livid he just walked away after that, because like why. I just want it to all make sense to me because I feel like I’m living in a Sim. I could give 0 star if possible, Cashier at the drive thru didn’t tell me the dollar amount when I placed the order, the screen outside didn’t show $$ amount, So I was expecting when I arrive at the drive thru window she will tell me, All she did took my credit card and returned it back without receipt, I looked at her then she asked me if I want the receipt or not. That was very unprofessional of her not letting the customer know how much customer have to pay. I let that pass away. I picked up two order of nacho and cheese, cheese usually comes in small container, they fill up cheese sauce halfway through in that small container which You can barely eat 5-6 nachos with that. I called the location 3 times just to ask them, what’s going on, no one picked...

The new crew members they have at this location is ridiculous. No human contact, I was told they can't take my order on the register that I can only complete it on the kiosk. Well I dont see good and I am horrible at using those kiosks...and was wondering why the employees are limiting human interaction...I love taco bell but I just walked out. The only Taco Bell that has good customer service near me is the taco bell off westheimer near the energy corridor...I will forever go there and never back to the franchise where Hispanic ladies tell me I can only...
